We love Round Table Pizza however on an important day when we counted on their assurtivness to make an on-time delivery a success for a special day we had planned for Birthdays... It was late and didn't go as planned, leaving hungry kids waiting and ultimately resulting in a not so hot and fresh order but instead cooled down and settled pizza which happens when pizza sits for well over a half hour out of the oven... Mind you Round Table was a 10 minute drive from our location. Now I understand pizza can be late due to driver deliveries but with this pre-planned and manager pre-approved credit card purchase for an advised planned party... There was no excuse for Round Table to fail on such an event like this birthday celebration they knew was happening.
The reason I have faith that Round Table will work on the importance of pre-planned, pre-paid birthday delivery orders in the future, is because of this incident and review.
Everyone must know that the professionalism of the manager Ashley on duty that day was 5 star awesome for she understood our frustration and situation giving us back a refund via credit card as well as offering us special coupons in the mail for future orders. We believe she made the best choice to save loyal customers and continue to get our business in the future. It is hard to complain anymore when the pizza was free but everyone needs to know that if you do have a problem with your order and it does mess up your scheduling... Round Table at least has your back on a proper refund of compensation for their mistakes.
There is more detail to this story however the points were made and we were satisfied with the way the manager handled it after calling in twice to notify her of no pizza showing up yet.
We will rate more in the future and hopefully then we can provide a 5 star rating at the Rohnert Park Round Table and/or any of their local district pizza restaurants.

Read moreDelivery tonight 5/19 from Rohnert Park location. Paid for extra sausage and mushrooms but didn't receive what we paid for in addition to the pizza being barely warm. Several weeks ago we ordered the exact pizza and received what we paid for. Called and spoke with Mananger Alyssa and she stated the ingredients are weighed and people in training probably didn't weigh the ingredients on our last order so we were given extra toppings by mistake. The second issue of the pizza temp was excused by her as well stating the driver probably had several deliveries and because of that our pizza isn't expected to be hot. Alyssa didn't like the fact that we disagreed and stated she wasn't going to argue. We asked for a Regional Managers name and she said we don't give those names out. Her solution was hanging up on my husband. Clearly, she requires more training as a manager in addition to working on her customer service skills and increasing her level of maturity. In some cases the customer isn't always right but not this time. Excuses in liew of solutions doesn't work. We'll spend our money elsewhere.
Update: Alyssa called later tonight and stated to my husband she'd give a full refund. When he said he'd like to respond she talked over him and hung up! I'll pray for you, Alyssa.

I called when an hour had passed and the person I spoke to said it was a 2 hour wait before he even looked up my order. when he did look up my order he told me it was out for delivery. My wife and I waited another half an hour before we called again and the man we spoke to told us it had just went out for delivery 15 min ago (so I guess they were lying when they said it was already out). when the delivery driver got here I very nicely told her that we called because they said it it went out quite a while ago and she told me that she had 4 deliveries and if I don’t like it to call the store. the pizza she dropped off was burnt in several places and very cold. I paid 45 dollars after the tip for this pizza and they were rude and the pizza was horrible, besides the fact that it was burnt and cold, it tasted like green bell pepper and had bits of onion in it, neither of which we ordered it with. I have an allergy to raw onion so for me it was a no go. I have been ordering from round tables in multiple locations for around 30 years but I believe this will be that last time.
