Had a horrible experience here with Jesus. We went into the store with the intention of just looking, but of course we were followed around the store by Jesus anyway. He was giving info (which we didn't want or asked to be followed around the store) and trying to get us to buy things. We told him many times we were just looking and we were not planning on buying anything. We decided to get a quote on some things we kind of liked but were still keeping them as options not as a final purchase. We just wanted a price on how much everything would cost since they were offering a special on the day we just so happen to walk in of course. The selection of items was not really that impressive in my opinion. Jesus said that we would have to hand over $20 for a quote. He said the money would be returned if we were not interested which was fine. We went a few days later because my brother had to see the furniture pieces as well before we decided to even consider buying anything which Jesus knew this information. My brother ended up not liking anything. Jesus was pressuring us to buy after which my brother told him we were not interested and Jesus got visibly upset. Right after, his customer service may have gone out the window because he started being rude and was making strange remarks. My mother asked if she could get her $20 back and they told her that they don't process refunds on Sundays. She was told that she could either call on Monday or go in store. We said our goodbyes if you can call it that. Jesus was so upset that he just walked off. Today my mother went in for her $20 back and they told her they could not give her the money back because they had the items already on layaway. We were assisted by Marcel and the manager Zuni (or something similar sounding) We put a hundred dollar deposit down with our debit card on a couch while we went home to measure to see if it would fit in our space. The manager said we could call and they money back. Marcel called to ask if the couch would fit. we told him it would not and asked for the money back. He Said he was going to transfer the call to the Manager But then he came back and said she was not available and would call us back. She never did. We called back the next day and they told us she was the only one who could process it, and she would not be back to work Until Thursday afternoon. Thursday, we called all the supernova locations trying to get the money back over the phone. They told us the only way was to go to the store and Rosenberg. We arrived at the store Marcel was there and he remembered us. We assumed they would process the return. NOPE . The manager wasn’t there and she was the only 1 who had the power. Another salesman appeared and was like we don’t have cash and they can’t process the return for the card. So if we wanted to get the money back only way was to come back on Saturday. I told him I was going to call It as fraudulent and he was like no please Contact our special accounts division first. A quick call and Capital one already gave me my money back. SCAMMERS. Read moreI want to start by saying the review below was asked of us before leaving the store during the check out process so that our sales rep would “get points”. On that day - Saturday December 10th our experience was great however our experience after leaving the store has been a nightmare. When shopping for our sofa I was sure to confirm with Marcel three times we wanted for our runner to be on the left hand side & he confirmed it was. I had no doubts because our paperwork showed chaise on left side however when the delivery showed up our sofa was the wrong one! Delivery sheet shows right side chaise, so even though I confirmed three times before leaving we wanted the chaise on the left it still showed up wrong. I’m grateful to the delivery men who were such a help in getting this figured out for us but they had to take the sofa back. Now 12/21 we still have no sofa, I’ve called the store and can’t get a delivery date & my husband called but has yet to receive a call back. It’s very frustrating because our sofa was to be delivered a week ago & we got rid of our old couch. Now it’s 3 days before the holiday and we don’t even know if or when we’ll get our sofa. Honestly the furniture seems great but if you want something special or specific don’t go here, save yourself the headache.
