Love The store Daiso because it reminds me of the Daiso stores I went to in Japan. However if it were based on customer service here I definitely wouldn’t come back. The employees aren’t very kind and are too focused on other things to help customers. They wouldn’t let us in once because we had Jamba Juice. Then they wouldn’t let my girlfriends service dog in which is illegal. They’re the only store left in the mall that has a long wait line and it’s ridiculous. Read moreWe put Daiso on our "must visit" list anytime we go to the mall. What a wonderful shop! It's very much like the dime-stores that I never see anymore. You can find alarm clocks and dish towels, ink pens and even fishing gear. They also carry Japanese snacks of all descriptions, and cold beverages, as well as a great selection of chopsticks, rice bowls, etc. I bought my grandson an earthenware sake set that is very simple yet elegant, with the pieces sold separately. Read moreThe store was smaller then I expected but then again it is in a mall. The store was very hot and humid. The older Asian lady was very rude to my son and I. She took a candy that he was holding onto and gave it to the cashier that I was with and said to him "that's her son this is his, make sure she pays for it."
