DICK'S Sporting Goods — Attraction in Roseville

Don’t bother ordering online or on the app (even though they send incentives to try to get you to use their app). I tried four times over two days to place orders at this store and the Sterling Heights store, I used different types of delivery thinking that might be the issue: same day delivery, regular delivery and In store pick up. All items show as in stock. On the final attempt, I even got an estimated time of delivery. Yet every tine they just CANCEL the order with zero explanation. I ordered these as gifts and now the recipient won’t get any of it. It’s absolutely horrendous management and customer service, I won’t shop...

By far the best athletic store around was helped by a young lady by the name of Deanna she overheard my daughter and I discussing size and she stepped in to assist us greatly appreciated it! And then I was in another section shopping which she also took time to help me with my selection on size and color oh how I love good and reliable customer service and support I wouldn’t be surprised if I come back and she’s a manager! 3 times we have come here now for equipment, and 3 times we have been very let down.

1. Kayaks, they had the wrong tags on them, and it took 15 minutes to be helped at the start.
2. pinching bag, it took 30 minutes to get help
3. jump ropes that were not labeled, and the ones that were, were on the wrong racks. They sent ME to the back to go get another one hoping it was the right one. And offered no help. And then i waited in line again to check out. The cashier should have called for someone to locate the right one, and bring it up to us. Thats proper customer service. This...
