I was visiting the Alien Museum when I came out with my wife, twin sons (13) and grandson (5) it was 103 degrees. I started my Jeep - it made a loud strange noise - I turned it off - it then would not start. Fortunately, this repair shop is right across the street. They actually came across the street, tried to jump the battery - no luck. Took battery out - tested battery - it was good - replaced the battery. They then - while still across the street - climbed under the car - hitting the starter - trying to get it to work - no luck. I got it across the street - they diagnosed a bad starter - they then took me and my family to a car rental shop at the airport - and they proceeded to repair the vehicle - by the time I got the rental car and made it back to my motorhome - about an hour away - dogs were in air conditioned motorhome - they called and reported the vehicle was completed. Wish I could give this place no stars . I went in and have the guy behind the counter a list of what I wanted to get done , he wrote it down and read it back to me . When I went to pick the car up they didn’t do 4/5 of it bc they thought it would save me money.

Asked to have headlight bulbs changed , supplies my own , he said well they looked like they were working so I didn’t wanna have to charge you for the owner to remove them

Asked to have power steering fluid added , just didn’t do it

Asked to have battery terminals changed , again just didn’t do it

They did do the coolant flush as I asked or so they said and charged me for .

Man and this isn’t just a 1 in a million mistake it was bad service the first time , asked for a car inspection and was told car looks great when I had already knew the brakes and rotors were bad ,

Don’t go to this place , ever , spent 10 years in the military been to mechanics all over the world this is by far the worst.

Just purchased a gas range, and a microwave for the kitchen and wow. The prices aren't bad at all, especially their dent and ding sections. Love that they carry GE stuff as well, any company makes the gun for the A10 I'm sure makes a damned good stove and microwave. Outstanding service and Ms Illy was extremely helpful, yet not too pushy, she seemed very knowledgeable and explained different options I had available for my budget. Overall very happy and will be happier after once it's all set up and the old one hauled off. Edit: got it all delivered and setup as well and they hauled off the old for for a low price rather than me throwing out my back. All in all 10/10...
