This is definitely not my favorite sprouts. I bought a sandwich thinking it was sourdough because it was labeled sourdough, and it was definitely white bread. Probably need to review labeling things correctly. I am insulin resistant, so eating the white bread made me incredibly tired on my day adventure with my SO to Ikea (so a lot of walking). No options for mayo or other dressing, either (so, not the right bread, and super dry).
The staff pretty much ignored us (3 people) to help a woman behind us in line, and we were not greeted at all until after the other woman was helped. My SO was frustrated because we were trying to move along with our day, and we just stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to be rung up while all 3 ladies at the register were helping this person find something, and all discussing the item she was looking for amongst themselves.
Found an amazing oatmilk creamer, what a positive turn to my day because I thought about hitting the Starbucks next door. The downside is that the coffee I got was in a glass bottle and I was surcharged an additional $2 for the bottle above and beyond the price listed on the cooler. Came back 2 weeks later to purchase more creamer, and the oatmilk creamer is no longer sold here (replaced by a coconut based product). Probably will try to find a different Sprouts along my route to IKEA from Kyle since this one is full of disappointment every single time I have visited. I can't believe I drove and sat in traffic for an hour for creamer for it to no...
Read moreThe prices! I used to go to Sprouts for produce when we lived outside Houston. The quality was pretty good and prices reasonable. Other grocery items were more expensive but not horrible if you really needed staples. But the prices here are almost as bad as Whole Foods. A product I know costs $4.59 at HEB is $2 more here. Every single product is more here. The unique items we would sometimes purchase are out of touch and inflated. Sourdough bread is $5 for a quarter of a loaf (buy it for less for a whole loaf elsewhere), baby food pouches are $0.75 more/pouch. Cheap bottles of wine are still $1 or $2 more than other places. The produce quality at this location has been subpar the two times I've visited. The cashier was impatient and just grumpy (I think she was at the end of her shift). I can't say I will give them another chance.
This location is in a strip mall and has a depressing feel to it. The bathroom was pretty dirty.
Also, be aware they charge $0.10 per...
Read moreI usually buy stuff from sprouts because it’s organic. First time I had bad experience. I ordered it from instacart & I called the customer service & they mentioned the instacarter had come to this location.
All the stuff I got was organic, but it had the label of organic, however the greens inside was rotten, & to my surprise some of the greens are NOT ORGANIC even though they had the label on it ! First time I was shocked 😳. I can notice the difference very easily.
They had low quality items once in for all. So I m adding this feedback for this particular sprouts shop to make sure they sell genuine organic stuff & not FAKE ones !
I can very very clearly tell the organic. The moment you put it in mouth, you can notice the differences in taste & quality...
