The Promenade at Sacramento Gateway — Attraction in Sacramento

The shopping and restaurant selections here are great. I am giving the one-star rating due to my car being broken into in the parking lot in broad daylight around 10:30 AM. My backpack along with my laptop and iPad were stolen. I was in Barnes and Noble for less than 20 minutes. 2 hours later after I had worked with security and filed a police report, I saw 3 other cars that had also been broken into and had items stolen. A total of 5 people were robbed within a 4 hour period. There is no camera surveillance in the parking lot, so be watchful. This would be a great spot to spend a day shopping, but know that people apparently sit in the lot and stake out cars to rob knowing that they most likely won’t be caught because there are no police or...

I like Verizon as a cell phone provider, they are expensive but their coverage is amazing. The store in Natomas though is an unorganized mess. I will see perhaps seven people on shift and only two of them actively helping customers. The others will be dawdling or even playing football with each other using equipment. I've had one customer "helping" me while also taking a personal phone call on his earpiece. The store seems to be lacking in decent managerial supervision. I would like to add that the times I have received actual help the two responsible for helping, Hermán and Thomas, were empathetic...
