Went to the unmanned kiosk because I’ve always wanted to get on this ferris wheel. There was clearly an option for single rider that costed $8. I went up to the wheel with my card and the man operating it who couldn’t speak any english showed me a sign that said “no single riders”. Even though there was a language barrier, I tried explaining to him that the kiosk to pay to get on the wheel had an option for single rider, but he just kept saying no and blew me off.
