NOIRE THE NAIL BAR OF ST PETE BEACH — Attraction in Saint Pete Beach

Facility is beautiful but you'll pay for it. The service is lousy. I went in last week to get a dip manicure and a basic gel pedicure. No upgrades. My total was $150, plus I left a 25% tip.

The next day, my nails started chipping and completely peeling back. On one nail, the dip was completely cracking and breaking in half. I went in to have it fixed, and they had me sit and wait. After 30 minutes, I left because I had family coming in town and had to go meet them. I came back 2 days later to have it fixed, and they asked me if I could come back tomorrow. At this point, my extreme patience is wearing thin, and I let them know that I'm not leaving without having it fixed.

They overcharge (I think they think that they can take advantage of the tourists, but I'm local, and I know they're way overcharging people).

Then they redid my 3 messed up nails in a different shade of nude, a different color chrome and left glue and polish all over my cuticles. See photo.

I will not be back. It's a bummer because it's so close to where I live, and it's beautifully decorated, but the service just sucks.

The manager makes you feel like just a number and not a customer. Very poorly managed. She should take some training courses on how to treat people.

All in all, I paid almost $200 for a lousy mani/pedi, which is insane. Not to mention the time I wasted twice going back to have it fixed.

I'm updating this because it has been less than 24 hours since they "fixed" my nails, and my entire thumb nail top coat has already peeled off on both thumbs. They obviously use very cheap products. Would definitely not recommend unless you like to literally flush your money...

Fantastic experience! Don’t ever go on vacation without getting that pedicure you know you need…. You won’t relax being reminded every time you look down! However, if you do and you happen to be in St. Pete’s Beach in FL area, do yourself a favor and stop in here. This is a beautiful, clean and well run business. I was greeted promptly and taken to a foot spa room that had plenty of stations which were meticulously prepared. A technician named Mindy was able to begin immediately after offering me the menu of services. Mindy was a pleasure to be with as she provided me with a thoroughly relaxing spa service. After the pedicure and having a natural manicure without polish Mindy offered to create the most healthy looking shine to elevate my experience with her attention to detail. I felt that everyone here worked well together and was dedicated to provide all of their clients the best service possible!

I will return to Noire…. And so will you.

Returned one year later and had the same wonderful, attentive and relaxing Mani-Pedi but with Harri this time. So happy to have found this salon… I will continue to rely on their...

WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I am from Maryland and came to this nail salon when I visited Flordia on vacation for my bday. This place is hands down one of the most professional, fun loving environments I have ever experienced at a nail salon! Gabrielle did my pedicure. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied every step of her giving me a pedicure. Tiffany was my nail tech, she took such good care of me, catered to the vision I had in mind and creatived my nails the way I wanted with such patience and attention to detail. She actually did my nails FARRRR better then the design in the picture I wanted to imitate. We laughed so much, I truly enjoyed her company the entire time, so much so I didn't want to leave lol. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who's in this area, you will NOT be disappointed. It was worth my time and money. After setting such a high standard for me, I don't know how I will be satisfied getting my nails done anywhere else.🤦‍♀️
