Gulf Strand Resort — Hotel in Saint Pete Beach

Gulf Strand is once again amazing ! Starts with Betty in the office. She makes making reservations & check in after-hours soooo very smooth, very accommodating to what we need, she's one amazing lady, the communication is constant and makes checking in and our entire stay run smoothly. During the last half of our two week stay, Hurricane "IAN" was in the radar which happened to be on Betty's days off but because TSR has amazing staff that work together, John stepped in and was a HUGE help with hurricane information. The TSR staff are amazing caring people. ||We are return customers of many many years & will continue to return as we look forward to the Gulf Strand every year (2022 we made two trips). We stayed in unit 602 this trip & it's become our go-to unit, it's top notch!! The views from balcony is amazing, your view of the ocean is priceless and endless, the sunsets are one of the best as you stand on your balcony to be in awe. On the other end of your balcony is the coastal way and you can see the beautiful high rises and baseball dome in Tampa. Two full bathrooms, comfy king size bed, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. The balcony chairs and tables are the best !! The key-less door locks are one of the best upgrades, so you can go to the beach without worrying about a key so thank you for that!! And the new key-less lock for the gate leading out to the beach is perfect. The pool area has alot of chairs and the pool itself is always sparkling clean. The Gulf Strand grounds are kept in great condition and very clean (I can't remember his name) but the man that is there every morning cleaning up in the dark is appreciated for keeping things in order. ||We can't say enough good things about the staff, the condo itself and the grounds of the Gulf Strand. Looking forward to our next trip which is already on...

Return visit with new partner & child & we all loved it. The best thing about it is the view. You can eat by the ocean indoors or outdoors ocean views/ and sleep by the Ocean. Quiet nights. It is just perfect for the amenities and very comfortable and clean. It has anything you desire. It helps you save money to cook your own meals once in a while and hang indoors when there are storms or just to take a beach break. My young daughter was so happy and she had such fun in the pool. Even beach toys. No need to overpack- laundry in unit. 2 bathrooms convenient. Elevator access for accessibility. Covered parking a bonus. There is community feel & it’s safe & secure. Visitors seemed social and happy there.|Office staff friendly efficient. |The location and proximity to amenities is fabulous as it is near grocery stores and restaurants, and within driving or trolly distance to the nearby neighbourhoods of Pass-a-Grille and Gulfport and treasure Island. it’s also 30 minutes away from Clearwater for day trips.|I believe it’s the best unit of the building as it doesn’t have any unit across like the others and it’s the highest point amazing views. 602 is the way to go. |Ocean was warm, often calm, clean & beach long and white sand. They even had chick-fil-e booth on our beach area and rentable covered beach seating.|The only bad part is, we didn’t stay...
