Designers Consigner — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

What a joke! I went in to check the new location out considering I live directly behind it. I went in with my 7 week old & was not even acknowledged. I walked past the cashier twice too! I may not have looked as "well off" as the lady she was helping but I have plenty of money, none in which I will EVER spend there. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. Some of the clothes looked like something that goodwill wouldn't even sell in their stores! Now I understand this place is supposed to be designer but 90% of the clothing I saw in the store I have seen in other thrift stores that are a third of the price. Why would I buy a pair of used miss me jeans for 80$ when I can get a brand new pair for 20$ more! There are so many better options out there if you are looking for the higher end name brands! Tradesy, poshmark, etc. This store is nothing but a super expensive goodwill. I would rather give my money to an establishment that doesn't judge or discredit me based on my appearance! My 70,000$ Mercedes is just as nice as the lady you continued to help while...

As someone who was loyal to this establishment and it’s sister store, I am extremely disappointed in the manner we were treated today as well as their pricing which is way too high. These items are USED or not wanted by the consigner. It’s not Neiman Marcus. There are too many great consignment and resale options who are friendly and reasonable in the area. No one should have to deal with their rude staff who are caddy and snide. The prices aren’t justified. When u have items over 6 months to a year old, look overly used, or stained, they should discount further especially when someone is loyal and purchasing several items. And speaking poorly about other clients to others is ridiculously unacceptable. That’s simply bad business. My friend put her large amount of items back because of the way we were treated. Treat your consumers better or they will choose to give there business elsewhere as we have. The good news is we won’t be shopping here or dealing with...

I took 3 items to this store. They were very friendly and happily took my items that were never worn. I had a reminder on my computer of the date they expired. I called to let them know i would not be there on that date. The lady on the phone was super friendly and said no problem and she would make a note of it. Once i returned my one item had been "donated" and the other two items were still there. I still dont understand how they can steal my item and not pay me. Thank goodness all my items did not sell so I could retrieve the remainder. These were expensive items, kept in glass cases. I was screwed out of one item and i still dont understand how the heck they can "donate" my things. Who did I donate to? Whoever it was made out well! Do NOT recommend this place. Horrible...
