St Pete Hotel BnB Rentals, St Pete — Hotel in Saint Petersburg

UPDATE: A year later... we went back, this time to the unit called "The Peacock". It was bigger than last years visit. Again, same everything else. Great amenities, great location, and an amazing host! We booked direct with Lisa, which was amazingly simple, and she saved us a ton of money over the cost of VRBO or AIRBNB. We go at least once a year to see ourr daughter and we will continue to use Lisa for our florida travel needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ST. PETE VACATION RENTALS!!!

First and foremost... Forget the room... the location... the amenities... Working with Lisa, the rental, the arrival, the assistance, and the overall management of the stay was the best experience we've had with Airbnb! Everything was carefully laid out for our arrival. All instructions down to where to park our car... Everything! It makes a huge difference. She is a call or a text away to solve any issue... When we arrived, I tried to plug in my electronics and found several outlets were dead. I reached out an within 2 minutes, had my answer on how to get it working. What did Lisa's commitment to her property mean in the end? Something that is hard to find when traveling... Peace of Mind!

On to the rental... It was small, but very comfortable... and CLEAN! The kitchen was fully functional with everything you need if you don't want to go out every meal. Even a blender so my wife could make her daily smoothie! The bathroom was a bit tight, but again, clean and very recently re-done. Plenty of hot water with great pressure so you are not rinsing off for 10 minutes! The bed and couch were very comfy. The bed especially is critical to a good stay because if you sleep poorly, you're gonna have a bad time. Even the floors, with the fact that it is a beach town... were clean and sand free! Not an easy task. Outside the unit, there was a small wading pool with a waterfall that was vvery tastefully decorated... even though it was too cold to go in, just sitting there made you feel like you were in a private luxury retreat. Very zen like. Also used the laundry facilities. They worked well.

Lastly, the location was perfect! We were so close to the city center. The provided bikes make it easy to get around. The beach was 10 minutes away by car. Couldn't ask for a better spot!

Final thoughts... We go to St. Pete semi frequently as our youngest daughter lives there... and we will now be staying at Lisa's properties going forward. We know it will make our trip a success! Thank you Lisa...

The location is close by a number of interesting eateries and grocery stores. And 5 minutes from downtown, Central Ave. strip attractions and waterfront. The place is eclectic: a combination of various furniture pieces. The bed comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the place clean. The suite is better suited for someone under 225 lbs as shower entrance is bit narrow and living room chairs kinda narrow. I did fine. Guests and neighbors were barely heard. There is rather busy 9th Street just around the corner, so the curbside patio or having windows open seems less inviting. But St Pete has many outdoor spaces to enjoy. My two great finds were Mazzaro's Italian Market: a huge market/eatery with 1000 choices. The deli counter alone is marvelous. And 1st Avenue shopping strip just west of freeway overpass held interesting eateries/bars and shops and vibe. And Docs next to StP Pier did have...

LOVED everything about my stay at the carriage house in at Pete. Absolutely the best location!! We were 10 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do or see. 15-20 minutes from the best beaches. The host was responsive and friendly the room was very private and peaceful. Though the outside courtyard was probably my favorite thing, we were there on vacation and wanted to do as many things as possible but I could have sat out there and swam in the pool the entire time with no complaints. The room was very clean and neat. Coffee was provided so we could relax and have our first cup of coffee in the courtyard with the waterfall running and birds chirping before starting our adventures. I can go on and on! Absolutely would recommend for a romantic getaway or a 2-3 person trip....
