Matter of Fact — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

Fat shamming is all I can say. I have been looking for a new men's clothing store. So my girl friend stopped in here today to see what kind of selection they might have for me. I am 6'6 285. I am a Tall man who hasn't worn a Xl since middle school. Most dress shirts i wear are XXL-XXXL because of how long my frame is and my arm length is. So my girl friend asked do you have an XXXL sizes. Because most times it's hard to find things in my size in normal store much less boutique settings. SO the man behind the counter turned his nose up and said to her "We don't service that type of person here." And then Said" they get XXL stuff in sometimes but don't bother coming in because some one else has standing dibs on them. The shop dog was much more welcoming then then "the type of person" behind the counter. You will not have to worry about me ever taking dibs away from your XXL person because I would never step foot in a store that would body shame someone because of their size. This is appalling that something like this would happen in our city. Next time maybe just be polite and say we don't...

I recently moved to St Pete and had trouble finding a men’s clothing store that fit my style or just my body. My body is oddly shaped like a pear, making shopping difficult and unappealing. But after visiting Matter of Fact once, I was blown away by their selection and different styles they had available. Unlike other men’s stores I previously shopped at, Matter of Fact is constantly changing their inventory so there is always something new in the store. The staff was helpful and not overbearing. Free Beer, wine and water when you first walk in is very refreshing and something I have never experienced at a clothing store before. Needless to say, I’ll be back to...

Best place for men's clothing in St. Pete!

Matter of Fact definitely has the best selection of clothing and accessories for men. Matt is incredibly nice and helpful in finding exactly what you are looking for, and Lincoln (his dog) is a welcoming furry face that will be sure to say hi during your visit. The atomosphere inside MoF is very relaxed and has a selection of drinks for customers shopping, which is a such a nice touch.
