Paid $85 for a date experience for my fiancĂ©âs 27th birthday. Showed up once they opened and they told us that they are âclosed for a private eventâ despite it not being listed on the website and them happily taking my money without informing us. They said we have to email their customer support for a refund. Nice but what about the birthday thatâs now ruined? The week I have to wait for the refund? Weâve been planning to visit Floridarama for awhile now, now weâll be telling everyone to stay away. Luckily weâre locals!
Absolutely livid about this, ruined my fiancĂ©âs birthday and we arenât rich so $85 wis a pretty penny to spend for an art exhibit. Donât spend your money buying tickets here, you might as well light your money on fire- they are just about the same thing.
Edit: I cross posted this on The Factory in hopes of hearing back from Floridarama. They have ignored my copious emails and have yet to process a refund. They took my $85, denied us entry, then ignored all of our emails for a refund despite having an automated email that says theyâll be back to you âwithin 36 hours.â Itâs been 3 days and that doesnât include how long itâll take to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I am warning everyone of this place as much as I possibly can to anyone and everyone, weâre St.Pete locals so we have plenty of people to tell! I would give zero...
Read moreIts obvious from the second you step foot in The Factory that this space was intentionally curated for artists and art lovers alike to come together and just...be. In a time when it feels like so few places create that kind of space, theyâve done such an amazing job with not only just making a cool place to chill, but creating resources for the creative community in St. Pete. I personally canât wait to see their continued growth. The vibe here is immaculate, everyone is so friendly and informative. whatever you guys are doing keep it up Iâm...
Read moreSo I went with a group for a performer night and it was amazing. The venue itself was huge and had plenty of room to walk around. The beer selection wasnât huge, wish it had more of a variety, but the ones they had were great. The person at the drink counter was great. The art walk through was definitely an experience to walk through and see. It wasnât super long and we were finished relatively quick, but it was still nice. Definitely a spot to...
