I really like coming to this location. It's a great place to walk around outdoors on a nice sunny day. You can go to the nearby parks, the marina, window shop all the small businesses all around this area, and just sit and relax outside by the Sundial and enjoy the day and people watch.
The 20 screen movie theater here is great, is has digital, IMAX, RealD 3D, and Dbox and the cost to see a show ranges by day and time, but is about $8 to $16 depending on which screen type you choose.
There are several great upscale restaurants here and within walking distance, as well as small mom-n-pop shops selling jewelry, coffee, ice cream, souvenirs, and much more! The alfresco dining experience is available pretty much at all the eateries in the area. Parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak times, but there are parking garages nearby, or just make a couple laps and walk to any of the great places in this area.
There could be more men's shops, and just more shops in general, as this is not a huge mall, but it is open, airy, clean, and a nice time can be had here and in the area. And if you're on a tight budget, there's still...
Read moreWorst experience of my life! The woman claiming to be the “manager” uncouth, unkempt, zero integrity, bad attitude. She looked like she just woke up from a nap in one of the empty theaters. She was Caucasian, blond hair, glasses. She does not care about your business. 0810 pm all doors were locked no one in the front. The “manager” 10 minutes later walked by three times making eye contact seeing our tickets pulled up at the door continued to walk right by without opening the door. She looked as though she just woke up. The third time I was irrate. I can only imagine how much business is lost and not reported due to her poor management. She absolutely does not care about the business. I will spread the word. I have never been treated so poorly in 37 years of life I will NEVER be back! Plus wouldn’t want to disturb the “manager” from her nap. If you buy a ticket and actually want to see the movie don’t go here. My bf who owns multiple businesses stated his worst nightmare is having someone like that manage his businesses and he would want to...
Read moreManagement needs to inform their contracted security staff that the Sundial complex does not own any of the sidewalks adjacent to public streets. Their guards have no authority on a public sidewalk adjacent to the roadway. A guard attempted to trespass me on the sidewalk for photographing another property that was located across the street. The guard called police who were dealing with a nearby fire. The officer agreed I was standing on a public sidewalk and declined to fulfill the trespass. I pointed out the guard that there are city owned signs, lighting, and parking along the sidewalk of 1st Street which was a clue as to who owns it, the people. The guard then called his supervisor who told him to stand down. He didn't apologize but said he had always told people to leave the sidewalk. He ended up leaving. This is a training issue. I suggest Sundial research public records which will show where the property lines lie. This will avoid possible legal issues in the future should a guard decide to go hands on with someone who is not on...
