Absolutely terrible customer service. Be forewarned, their phone line has no one to answer it if you have any issues with billing or cancelation of services. Triple read your terms because they do a bs auto-renewal system that can require up to three months notice before cancelation. Customer service provides no exceptions and will not work with you. You cannot handle any of this via people who work there in the office. And even via email, their support does not have the power to work with you or make exceptions. So now, even after our business is closing, we are stuck in another 6 month contract for no good reason. Further, their offices have no sound barrier, so be prepared to hear every conversation of your neighbors and if you're by the bathroom, lucky you. Predatory services like this...
