I wish with my whole heart that it was possible to rate this place with less than one star.

My fiance surprised me with a beautiful custom infinity ring for my birthday in September. I was visiting him on base in San Antonia because he was training for his new position in the military. I wore the ring for maybe 2 minutes before a stone fell out. In the next 10 hours leading up to when we were able to make it back to the mall 2 more stones were missing. This makes 3 total. The owner was very nice. He fixed the ring and i was able to pick it up a couple of hours later. Shortly after we returned to our home in Kansas the same thing happened. 4 stones missing from my ring, in a matter of weeks. I called the owner. He said that if i shipped the ring back to him he would get a brand new ring because "obviously it was a problem with the manufacturer". So i shipped it to him. This was October. After MONTHS of waiting, and very little communication, i was over it all and wanted the money for the ring returned to my fiance. By May i had still not received my ring. I told Jewelz i wanted a refund. His response only infuriated me that much more. He was not able to refund the ring because it was a custom piece. It would be out of his pocket. I could either pay to have it shipped or it was too bad for me. After a little convincing and compromise he decided to cover the cost to return my ring. Lucky me? The ring was mailed back to me, i received it 3 weeks ago. It was too small. I did not send my ring to be sized. It fit perfectly before i sent it in. I contacted the owner to let him know that i received the ring and what the new problem was. He was obviously less than happy to hear from me, and tried to tell me that it was the same size. He told me that they measured the new ring twice before they mailed it out. Bottom line, it did not fit the same finger it did before i mailed it. My other rings still fit perfectly. My ring is now missing 2 stones.

Do not spend your time or money at this store. It will only disappoint you. They do not know how to provide a quality product or provide...

I was looking to upgrade my husbands wedding band for our 5 year anniversary! We had never been to this jeweler but a family member had recommended so we decided we would check it out since we hadn’t had any luck with the chain jewelers. We walked in and found a ring that was exactly what we had imagined. 5 small diamond (symbolizing 5 years) set in yellow gold! While we were there the chains caught our attention. Because we were interested in both we were quoted a very price. The service we receive was what really made the purchase a great experience. Some jewelers come off annoyed when you ask to see so many pieces and make you feel uneducated when you ask questions about the different types of metals and cuts and diamonds etc. I always get the feeling that they feel you are wasting their time or that they don’t care to show you things because they think you really can’t afford it. I never felt any of these feelings. I have 4 children and I was also never made to feel like my children were in the way as we shopped. This is a family owned business. The mother, daughter and niece assisted us. We were only there to look around and then had planned to discuss after looking at a few other places what we wanted to later purchase. But after the great service and the great price we knew what we wanted and left with a perfect ring and sweet chain!!! Jewelz has been a part of our lives for over 15 yrs. If they don't have it they will find it. Prices are so reasonable. I've bought real carat earrings for my sister inlaw. Necklaces with crosses for all my niece's and nephews. My husband and I have gotten our wedding rings redone and new ones for our 20th anniversary. Very exciting and we include the Jewelz family part of our family. Have never had any rudeness just a lot of helpfulness and no beggars or pushers to buy something. Jewlez is the place to come to be welcomed and treated like family with respect and very knowledgeable about anything you might need. They have done so much for my first wedding ring to get fixed since the whole setting fell out. I'm so excited to see the finished product. Jewelz is the only place I do my jewelry shopping at! My last order due to the pandemic we have texted and talked to figure out the necklace my son wanted. Well I got it shipped to me and received it today and we are very happy with it.
