Today 03/18/25, I was getting ready to buy a pair of Nike sneakers at the store located in Plaza las Americas in San Ysidro, CA around 7 pm. The store wasn't very busy and there were 5 people working at the register. I got ready to pay for the pair of sneakers and there were 4 of us waiting to make our purchase, but I noticed that a gentleman and a lady had cut the line. The people who were helping with the purchases all went to chat with the gentleman and the lady, leaving the others to wait to finish their conversation. It was my turn to pay and I told the young man at the register that the gentleman and the lady had cut the line and they left the customers unattended. -The Cashier: Yes, they work at the store and can you pay without waiting in line? - I replied: Did they finish working? The Cashier: No, it's their days off. I answered: So in Nike's policy, the people who work there can pay for their sneakers without waiting in line and we, the customers, have to accept that? -The Cashier: If you'd like, you can talk to the store manager and he pointed to two ladies. I spoke to the manager in charge at that moment and she just told me "What can I say, do what you want, that's how things are." And I replied: I doubt it, that this policy that just happened in this store is very wrong. Afterwards, the two workers left laughing and making fun of us. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI needed tennis shoes to start walking. Originally me and hubby went to "wally world" but most of their tennis shoes are locked up. We waited over 20 mins and still no one was able to unlock the cabinet. We left without purchasing tennis shoes or any other shoes for that matter...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! With that being said my husband said let's go to the Nike store and I was dumbfounded as he doesnt like to spend $$$. We finally arrived in San Ysidiro 45 mins later to a full parking lot and people standing in line. I got out and stood in line which was in front of the store. However, as I was standing in line, behind me was an even longer line...I got in line at the right time. i was fortunate there was no sun but shade and a nice breeze in front of the store and only stood in line for about 15 minutes not bad at all. A gentleman came out and told us about the specials which was good as we had a game plan. The ladies inside helped us with a smile trying 2 make sure we got that perfect shoe. I got my shoes and a shirt and hubby got all of his shoes. We both were happy with the purchase because we needed it. We both have tried out everything that was purchased and are well pleased. The only strike would be waiting in line to check out. The cashiers didnt have a since of urgency but then again customers in line ahead of us had 5 thousand boxes of shoes each...lol! All and all hope to...

Brittany applied no customer service period I'll spare you the extra details and treatment and she said she was a manager along with 2 others. Long story short during the pandemic going to the nike store always make me feel better well since our new restrictions the line was more then a hundred people but I was there the day before and with no return line I asked can i return only or exchange for my correct size my receipt on my app.over $300 I spent a good amount of time pleading my case finaly after 3 failed attempts I wouldn't take no for answer considering for over 2 months plus I've been there on average 2-3 times a week solid I showed them on my app so to get no help with no sign they even let u in to do so it was up to the final manger to go head and let me in the store but way to much drama explaining and waisted time I've spent thousands of dollars so i was upset at the system which needs an update and more importantly some sort of consideration applied to good customers brittany was horrid but I kept my cool got some.help spent more money walked out not happy but satisfied!!šgeez!! When u have so many hearts as a member and money spent like levels. my opinion it should be considered or even rewarded if u ask me or good customer service atleast would...
