Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in San Diego

I give it two stars because they have good prices for the products they carry. I went about a week ago, asked if they could look up my VS card (they had a 30% additional discount at the time for VS card purchases). Their system wasn’t accepting card look up, I get it, this stuff happens. They called to verify my card was active and whatnot…no problem. But since their system wasn’t accepting card look up, a blonde person who seemed to be a manager told me she couldn’t apply the discount because I wasn’t charging to my VS card. My card was active and fine though? I told her it’s not my fault their system was having issues, to which she responded, “it’s not our fault either”. I worked for this company for 6 years when I was younger, I learned from people who taught me how to treat customers well even in these type of situations. Absolutely rude and unhelpful! I asked for assistance to help my wife with a size. She ignored me and refused to look at me and asked my wife what she needed. I asked her again and refused to answer me or speak English until she realized my wife did not speak Spanish.

The Victoria's Secret in Plaza de las Américas has a big selection of bras and a spotty selection just about everything else. No perfumes, and very limited body spray selection. I wanted to buy a pair of leggings, but their dressing rooms were still closed. They have a no-return policy so if the pants I bought didn't fit or look good, they couldn't be returned.
