Steve's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in San Jose

They are racist!! old Asain lady look mentally ill and very socially helpless trying to sell slushies or sluggies and if you don't buy one she will call you out of the store. her name is Mah when to public bathroom in the mall. Only Asain people can apply and work there. What happened to the old Hallmark? American Tradition?This Hallmark needs a makeover form the teaching the Asain employees to respect and treat customers to the ugly cluttered floor that is hard to walk through and too messy! I fell and no one cared only this one lady with a cane I believe with glasses, and she asked me if I'm okay but as of other people they did not care. I like to go there at night time because there are some younger workers there and the younger workers seem to be a little bit more friendly especially these two workers I do not know their names but they're too young girls and I believe both of their names start with a j they're very nice and they like to help customers this is the only reason why I go here when I see that lady with the sticky hair on her head she really scares me all she does is run around the store and tell me and she keeps talking about murder and how she left her country because her husband I don't care and that she can't have kids so she has a cat and she follows her everytime to sleep and she also keeps telling me when I go in for buying a card her boyfriend Carlos at the candy shop and into Barbie stuff, which Hallmark don't have. and...

This store is very unorganized they can't find boxes, they don't know where the ornaments are, the associates are weird this is girl named Jessica she don't even know what is going on she said she does not even know where the box is and she tried to put it in a bag I did not want to buy this item. Very upscaled Store, it can have more cards and sentiments. However, associates actually help customers and with a smile!! With consideration and devotion to help out with products especially with the Holidays coming. Above and beyond to Laverne and Jewel. I also went in several times and the store Manager was nice lady was very friendly and well aware of her products. This store brings back the old Hallmark Empire that started many years ago.
