Fecal matter on the sand which can cause viral illness if you're walking bare foot or lying down on the sand. Highly contagious ringworms are among what's transmitted here. The water is warm on sunny days and rocks in the water makes it easier to have cuts on your feet. The waves and rips can build up on windy days. Read moreThis is a wonderful spot! The park caters to a variety of ages! A sandy playground with climbing, big kid/little kid swings and a traditional slide structure. Additionally, there is a skate park area for young kids to ride bikes or older kids (and adults!) to skateboard. There is plenty of seating throughout. This park is adjacent to the beach too!
