Playita Puerta de San Juan — Attraction in San Juan

I was absolutely blown away by Playita Puerta De San Juan! It’s such a nice beach, tucked away right next to the historic San Juan Gate. The clear, calm water was perfect for a swim, and the vibe is super laid-back, which was such a nice change from the busy beaches I’m used to back home. I loved how close it is to Old San Juan—so easy to get to, but it still feels like a peaceful oasis away from the crowds. The view of the old forts and the colorful buildings in the background made it feel like something out of a postcard. There are a few local vendors selling drinks and snacks. Excellent and gorgeous walking path by the beach. You cannot or should not swim in the water there because of the presence of possible sewer overflow if the town has received a lot of rain.
