San Juan Land and Water Tours — Attraction in San Juan

Horrible experience with less than honest business practice of this tour company. On the night before our rainforest tour and 1 hour after we made the reservation, they sent us a text after we paid in full for the tour online for pick up in front of our hotel, stating that pick up time has changed to 6:30 in the morning at a different location unknown to us. We texted back requesting to be picked up in front of the hotel as was promised. They refused. We asked that they cancel our reservation. We quickly got a call from a rude and argumentative person refusing to accommodate us and to honor their promise. They also claimed the reservation is non-refundable. I hope the reader of this comment chooses another tour company. Or better yet, rent a car and enjoy the park at your own leisure as we did. We had a lot of fun doing that. Don't be afraid of the roads, they are quite manageable. There are parking spots along the road where you can park and walk to trails. Any hotel can provide you with a map of the places to see. Have fun on your own and don't be suckered into shady deals with tour companies that care only to jam as many ppl as they can in one day and rush you from one spot to next. At least stay away from shady...

Let me start off by saying the tour was an absolutely wonderful birthday present. It was just my boyfriend and I and we felt like we were getting our own personal tour with our tour guide Jose. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the island. He was prompt and the vehicle was sanitized. Jose provided sanitizer and wipes for us as well. I felt completely at ease. As we started the drive to Cuevas Ventanas (beautiful by the way), Jose shared his knowledge about the history of the island. Afterwards we had lunch at a local spot and everything he recommended was delicious. From there, we made our way to San Sebastian to visit a couple of waterfalls. (Must see) The waterfalls opened up to lagoons we were able to swim in. One even had a rope swing and of course, we had to try it. Jose was kind enough to take photos and videos for us (incredibly talented in this area... he has a great eye for it). In the end, we had an amazing day and we felt like we made a new friend in Puerto Rico as well. I'm looking forward to coming back and contacting Jose for another adventure. He went above and beyond for us and I couldn't be more thankful. I definitely recommend booking a tour with Jose. You won't be...

The San Juan and Water Tour experience is one of the best I’ve ever had as far as tours go. They are very affordable, fun, and extremely accommodating. Jose made our tour tailored to exactly what we were looking for. We toured around the San Juan Bay listening to salsa music with mimosas, fresh fruit, and shrimp cocktail having a fun time. Seeing old San Juan by sea is far more breathtaking than by land - absolutely incredible. Jose was very responsive everyday day leading up to our tour day and even the day of. The day we toured it was a little cloudy and Jose took the time to call me the morning of to let me know of the impact the weather could have on the water and what our plan would be, I really appreciated this. San Juan Water Tours exceeded every expectation we had, and we had the most INCREDIBLE time. So much so, we have already started planning our next tour with Jose and his team in a few months when we come back to Puerto Rico! Call them! You won’t be disappointed.
