Let me give you detailed review factor by factor: 1) Location : Perfect: Because you are walking distance away from Safetway, Target, Marshall, Bed&Bath, ATMs, Also a San Mateo Lake for walking is just 5 min walk 2) Room : I was living alone so room size was OK OK for me. --oh breakfast, only 2 things OATS bars and muffins, how will you eat same things for 10-15-20-30-40-50 days????? No fruits at all....just muffins....ohhhhhhhhhhhhtytyyt;aush84sdkfjn3io 3) TV: Useless having less than 30 Channels out of which 3-4 are advertisement channel better bring your OWN entertainment from home 4) Internet: You can say "its just WI-FI Signals" which pretend to have internet connection, but you can't do more than sending WHATSAPP TEXT MESSAGE, video forget and watching online services may be next birth. And even if you pay upgrade $24 a month, its just 3mbps like which will give you 300kbps download speed. 5) ROOM Service: Below the average, even if you book PAID weekly room service, they will do like it, like they are doing for FREE. ROOM Service person attitude is like "s/he" is your ROOM OWNER who is allowing you to stay free of cost. Hell 6) Laundry Service: Paid: $2 for wash $2 for dry and $1 for powder/liquid, THIS IS GOOD PAID SERVICE, that's obvious, its machine they can not go bad like hotel staff. hahhaha.... 7)Kitchen: Was well maintained and equipped in my room at least. So its ok, as you have to use it and keep it clean. Otherall, I didn't had choice to select the place as was paid by someone else for my trip. But otherwise, its really OK OK kind of.

I am appalled. After first having an issue with a broken air conditioner that still does not work (it's about ten degrees cooler outside, the room is so stuffy and hot); I was denied toilet paper after a week staying here; then was treated ABYSMALLY by an older gentleman who argued with me over laundry being shut off almost at the beginning of the wash cycle? Then told I was being given a "free?" wash? despite being charged some FIVE TIMES on my cc statement?! I then went back down later on to find my favorite light down jacket completely ruined by a dryer that likely didn't run for more than five minutes- (it's incredibly well designed and typically does dry in about twenty, that's why I am even more angry- it's clear the dryer did not run, at all?!) Any self respecting staff would have offered to immediately fix the problem with a dry clean, but this was not offered. Service is everything- and after being treated poorly by front desk staff since I first checked in, I would only say- stay the heck away and go slightly out of the city for a slightly longer ride in!!!!

This hotel has the stupidest policy ever. We left to go rent our car for a few hours and the damn hotel charged us 30 freaking bucks just for leaving some of our baggage there. We tried to talk it out but the secretary said that there wasn’t anyone we could talk to. So we are planning to talk to the costumer service and get our money back. 🎵 Run for your lives run for your lives run for your lives 🎶 disclaimer: The photo below isn't the real hotel, but it is an exact copy of what the hotel looked like except worse and more dirty. PLEASE DO NOT PAY MONEY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Update: These rude ah people didn't give us a refund so that's 30 bucks down the drain. Thanks a lot yo. Update 2: Nvm these guys are didn't take our money so yeah. scratch everything I said. This hotel is still pretty mid tho, so i ain't gon change the amount of stars heh sry.

Noise above 80 Db all day and all night. Breakfast is terrible. Stay away from this place.
