Andalia Head Spa — Attraction in Sandy Springs

The entire session was not worth of money and unprofessional. It also would’ve been nice if she had taken a moment to explain what she was going to do so we could have better understood the process and known what to expect. Instead, the treatment felt disjointed—mostly just light brushing of the scalp without any real care or technique. It left me wondering if the staff really knew what they were doing.

The setup wasn’t any better. The massage chair/bed was uncomfortable, and the water used during the treatment was distractingly loud, making it hard to relax. The small room where they dry your hair was hot, humid, and claustrophobic. With the door closed and no ventilation, it was stifling and uncomfortable. By the time we left, we felt more stressed than when we arrived, which is the exact opposite of what we had hoped for.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating and not worth the time or money. It just didn’t live up to what was advertised, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a professional or relaxing...

I wanted to treat myself to something relaxing, but different than a regular massage or pedicure. I saw an ad on social media so I booked an appointment for the following day. The 60 min head treatment with chopstick add on was well worth the money. My favorite part about getting my hair done is the wash and head massage, and this gave me an entire hour of that experience! My scalp feels so fresh and clean. My only complaint is that I have very fine, thin hair, and the treatment made my hair feel very heavy and weighed down, so I'll probably wash my hair again tomorrow. Maybe there can be a different conditioning treatment that's specific for fine hair or next time I'll check to see if I can bring my own hair conditioner. It was a waste of time and money. Make sure you understand what you are getting and what you are not getting. I thought it would be a head massage and hair wash. It turned out to be just an expensive hair wash. And a bad one. I have fine hair (which is clear when you see and touch it). The technician spent so much time lathering shampoo that it tangled my hair badly. She then had to detangle it and it left me with lots of pulled out hair, stress and overall bad experience. In my intake form I mentioned I am sensitive to fragrance. Yet, she used lots of fragranced products that gave me massive headache and made me difficult to breathe.
