Truck drivers don't come here. This is the worst place for delivering or pick up. The yard here is poorly designed without any thought of truck maneuverability. It is rediculously small. There are 2 working docks. The yard is so small you dont have enough room to pull a trailer out of dock 1 if there is a trailer in dock 2. They have polls all around the exits and they have pallets, crates and cars parked in the yard on top of the limited space that there already is. It's a blindside dock off of a busy street. You can back into dock 2 with guidance from the workers but backing into dock 1 is impossible if there is already a trailer in dock 2. On top of it the yard is monitored by security cameras and if you damage anything they will be on top of you filing an insurance claim. I will avoid ever comming here again and would recomend other truck drivers to avoid picking up loads or delivering to this place. It is not worth the head ache. I came here for a live load and they wouldn't load my trailer unless I made yard moves for them. I had to move loaded trailers and bring back empty trailers to get loaded. I had to do the blindside back 3 times just to get loaded. This place is a headache for drivers. I am giving you a heads up, its not worth comming here.

Good convention centre, rooms are nice, seats are good (don't get painful back etc quickly) the sound is nice, toilets enough and clean, enriching was well arranged, catering is very good, with variable and healthy lunches, the breakfast is more on the (too) sweeter American side, but they did serve porridge and fresh fruit!

We went to a seniors dance there. It was part of the SantaFe Festas. We met the royal court. Beautiful large center. Nice bathrooms. They had a visitor center in the building.

We had such a horrible experience, our daughters were performing at the Spanish market today, and while they were changing into their dresses, a group of extremely verbal and confrontational Security guards came in and told us to leave the room or we were going to be escorted out by police, they were yelling and scared all of the younger children and also kicked out a few parents that told them to stop yelling. Needless to say, our girls did not perform as we decided to leave the venue. After they kicked the remaining dancers out they only gave them the option to change in the hallway where all the machinery is, truly a poorly organized event supplemented by an untrained and entitled security...

This is a very beautiful building, well maintained, and built in a friendly layout for guests. The rooms are very large, but designed for optimal warmth efficiency in winter. Every room is easy to find (I say this because I've been in convention centers that have been built like a hospital maze; this one hasn't), and have a warm and friendly feel to them. I would highly recommend this building for parties, galas, weddings,...
