Enjoy the Oaxaca flavors in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They also serve a tasting of their different flavors of mole sauces with a side of chips. 👌🏼 Enjoy! #FYP #Travel #SantaFe #NewMexico #WhereToEatInSantaFe #Foodie

I am thrilled to finally discover the vegan gem we've been searching for over the past three years in Santa Fe - Oaxaca Fiesta Restaurant! From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was evident that this place was something special. Not only did the food surpass our expectations, but the service and the management team truly made our dining experience unforgettable. First and foremost, the vegan menu at Oaxaca Fiesta is a delightful feast for the senses. As vegans, my girlfriend and I have become accustomed to limited options, but here we were spoiled for choice. The variety and creativity in their dishes were outstanding. From the moment we laid eyes on the menu, we knew we were in for a treat. Whether you're a lifelong vegan or someone looking to explore plant-based cuisine, Oaxaca Fiesta will exceed your expectations. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavors, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. It's evident that the chefs here are passionate about their craft and take great pride in offering top-quality vegan options. The standout aspect of our visit, however, was the exceptional service we received. The staff at Oaxaca Fiesta was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about their vegan offerings. They patiently answered all our questions, made excellent recommendations, and accommodated any dietary restrictions we had. The attentiveness and genuine care shown by the entire team were truly remarkable. Moreover, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager during our visit, and their dedication to creating a positive dining experience was truly commendable. They took the time to check in on us, ensuring everything was to our liking. Their passion for vegan cuisine shone through, and it was evident that they fostered a culture of excellence among the staff. The manager's presence and involvement in ensuring the highest standards of service further solidified our admiration for Oaxaca Fiesta. The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting ambiance. The tasteful decor, coupled with the lively atmosphere, added to the overall enjoyment of our evening. It's a place where you can relax, unwind, and savor every bite of your meal. Overall, Oaxaca Fiesta Restaurant is a vegan paradise that has exceeded all our expectations. The delectable food, outstanding service, and the dedication of the manager make it a standout dining experience in Santa Fe. Whether you're a vegan, a plant-based enthusiast, or simply looking for a fantastic meal, Oaxaca Fiesta will leave you with a lasting impression. We are immensely grateful for finding this culinary gem and can't wait to return to savor more of their incredible vegan creations. Thank you, Oaxaca Fiesta, for being the answer to our quest for a great vegan restaurant in Santa Fe!

We chose this place because of all the positive reviews but were quickly disappointed. We stopped in here on our first night in Santa Fe for dinner. We sat outside on the patio and ordered drinks and salsa while we decided what to eat. The beer was cold but the margarita had ZERO tequila in it! There it ended......we finished our drinks, finished the tiny amount of chips and salsa we were served.....and that's it! There was about 7 staff members milling around inside doing nothing but peeking their heads out. No one came to see if we were ready to order our dinner and no one came to refresh our drinks. We hadn't seen our server in at least 10 minutes after sitting drinkless, so we decided to leave and asked for the bill. From the time we asked for the bill until we could actually pay was 25 minutes! My husband finally went inside and the server tried to give us someone else's bill for full meals! We weren't the only ones sitting there in the same situation. There were others looking just as frustrated as we were.

Decided to pick this place to have a quick lunch and never expected to have such a bad customer service experience. Fist review ever but had to do this to help others avoid this and perhaps let the owner of this place know how people are treated. I walked in had a server (young lady) come and take my drink order and food order. Got my drink. My server was no where to be seen after this. After 10 mins or so a guy in a white shirt came out from the kitchen areas to ask me if I had ordered told him yes and I repeated my order to him. A few minutes after ANOTHER server (not the original girl who took my order) came to asked me my order AGAIN. At this point 2-3 tables had been served that arrived after I did. Finally my order came out. But still no chips or salsa that I had ordered with my drink as an appetizer.I had to ask them if they were out or what was going on with that. After noticing the server was MIA I asked the guy who was trying to make things better where my server had gone he informed me she was feeling sick and left for the day, I figured ok things happen... I patiently waited and ate... Finally I get my check and as I'm walking out I see my server sitting near thier lobby on her phone. Not once did she apologize for not placing my food order or even came to inform me that she had given another staff member the table. For whatever reason she simply refused to service me. If you want to be treated as if you are not a paying client test your luck but for the quality of the food I recommend going else where where people want your business. Customer service here is terrible and comical. I hope the owners of this place evaluate their staff. Never will come back to an environment like this. Go to a taco stand and get better...

We went for a late lunch at Fiesta Oxaca Saturday, 8.19.2023, Indian Market Saturday. We have been to Oxaca several times before this. The restaurant had been slammed for lunch, to be fair, but people were leaving when we arrived. A booth was cleared for us. However, we sat there for almost 10 minutes while a couple who came in after us were given water and menus. I finally asked their server if we could get a menu. He honestly glared at me. A different server did finally come to our booth and asked if we were ready to order. We said we needed a menu and water. He got us a menu and water as we watched the couple who arrived AFTER us were served their drink order, chips and salsa. Things did settle down. Mole chicken was good and tinga chicken tacos were flavorful but too watery. Rice was moist, flavorful, and had corn and peas mixed in. Black beans were refries and flavorful and the grated Cotija cheese on top was good. The chips served looked and tasted like cheap grocery store tortilla chips. Red and green salsas were served warm and were tasteless. I had to go to the register counter and ask a server who was scrolling through his phone for a water refill. He looked up, said O.K. and went back to his phone. This was same server who took care of the customers who came in after us. He finally brought us water refills after showing us he was more interested in his phone then serving us. My tip reflected the lackluster and indifferent service. We have lived in Santa Fe for 20 years. We won’t back to Oxaca, “fiesta,” indeed. The only fiesta was the SIESTA this one server...
