Lola's Market & Restaurant — Attraction in Santa Rosa

So, I love corn tamales. A LOT. And if you do too, or even if you like other flavors, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We ordered a dozen elote tamales and we did not get the full 12 elote, it was 9 elote and 3 red pork. I like red pork, but not as much as salsa verde chicken. The girl who had set up the transaction and had grabbed the tamales literally thought I wouldn't notice, but when I asked her if all of them were corn she said "yes, all corn". Imagine my disappointment when I spend almost $30 on not all corn. Another thing is there was VISIBLE GREEN AND BLACK MOLD SPOTS ON THE CORN HUSKS AND TAMALES THEMSELVES that I noticed after I had already eaten a couple. They also tasted like they have been made, cooked, THEN FROZEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER and then reheated for sale. I wasted money coming here for tamales. I don't trust much of the food they make or sell here anymore because of this experience. Only go to Papusas for elote tamales or an authentic Mexican restaurant for other foods. Definitely gonna make a report to the health inspectors and file a formal complaint. Who knows what else they do back there you guys! I'm onto you lady...

I just had a fajita mix and I don't know why I keep coming back. I'm always hoping it would be better next time but I think this for sure is my last meal in there. The guys at the register with an attitude and the bathrooms really dirty and smelling, it seems like they never clean the bathrooms at all. Urine on the floor and toilet paper, the sad thing is that you have children using that bathroom and man I sure hope the owner reads this and really takes a look at his place and hopefully someone gets fired. You can't have a bathroom where as soon as you get in you want to puke. Really guys, get it together. As for me this did it for sure, you guys lost me as a costumer not just for the restaurant side but the market place as well. Please hire more qualified...

Went in and got a number for the meat department and he called 8 and when I walked up he skipped the number and when I said ( in spanish) we are here you skipped our number in less than 5 seconds. We told him what i wanted ( in spanish) and went to the farther scale when the one in front was available. Then just labeled it and didn't EVEN ask if the amount that was over was okay for me. Then looked away. Is this how your customer service is at this store? This is terrible. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know to go to the one at peatluma hill road....
