Where do I begin? From the moment I walked into this store I knew I would be taken care of like family. I was actually recommended by a friend to come here because I was looking for something unique and to keep forever. All of the workers are very kind and accommodating but what makes them all special is they really take their time in making you feel comfortable and listening to your needs. That’s what truly makes or breaks a good business. Shazi, the owner, is an absolutely incredible, humble man that I am so happy and honored I got to meet. When I told him what I was looking for and if it was feasible he assured me it could be done and even with options and different styles. I recently put my dog down that was my soul dog and all I had left over were his ashes. I wanted to make him into a ring but the down side was sending almost all his ashes away and never knowing if they would really be the ashes I sent! There are a lot of companies that capitalize off this but don’t take the time to get to know you or your story which makes Marquise jewelers extremely special. They custom made a beautiful ring for me and let me physically watch them put my baby’s ashes in. Shazi even took it a step further and had it videoed, took the time to hear my story and after listening made sure to make me a strong ring to withstand the line of work I’m in! This store has so many artistic pieces…. So many pieces that tell a story and even Shazi himself has an incredible story. The turn around time was 1.5 weeks once finalizing what I wanted. (This was also working around my crazy schedule)! I’m sure it could of been done quicker too since they are top notch professionals. If you are looking for something special or even something plain Marquise has it all. You will not be disappointed and Shazi will make sure of it! Thank you again to Shazi and the Marquise team. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. I brought in two watches—one just needed a battery replacement, and the other, a G-Shock, only needed the time and date adjusted. We dropped them off at a kiosk in the mall, and when we returned, we were told they had been sent to a separate store to be looked at. That was the first red flag.

When we finally got some info, the simple battery replacement watch came back damaged. The hour dial was broken and floating around inside the watch. The man there casually told me he could fix it in 25 minutes, but we had errands to run so we left it with them.

We came back the next day only to be told they couldn’t find the watches. Then they told me to go check another kiosk in the mall to see if they were returned. I refused and told them to check themselves, since they were the ones who lost our watches. After waiting 35 minutes, they finally came back with them—still not fixed.

To make matters worse, now the G-Shock was broken too—it wasn’t even beeping anymore. When I asked for a refund, they were hesitant until I mentioned my husband would be coming in. Only then did they process the refund.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. They lie, they damage your items, and they don’t take responsibility until you push them. Completely...
