Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to buy from Bullfrog. The product is exceptional and working with both Aaron and Jeff made the experience perfect. Low pressure sales, and complete disclosure of every single part of the purchase. Aaron introduced us to all the different spas that were available and clearly described the difference between them all in terms of features, with no implied desire to upsell to something we didn't need. He just answered all of our questions and gave us all the pros and cons about each one. We left and shopped around, but came back because Aaron was so good to work with. When it came down to the purchase, Jeff was extremely informative and knew every detail of what we were purchasing. He even shopped around into the future promotions to see if we were in fact getting the best deal possible, or whether we should wait. It turned out we were getting the best deal for the spa we had selected.

We chose the A-7 spa for our relatively small family. It has 5 seats with interchangeable jets for each seat location. Plus one built in jet on a 6th seating position. They have spas in the same A series that are bigger and have more seats, but this one met our needs. The really nice feature about Bullfrog spas is that the jet packs can be rearranged. Meaning, if you want a certain jet pack in a particular seat, you can move them around to fit exactly what you're looking for. Furthermore, they have about a dozen or more jet packs to choose from. So if you are only buying a spa that holds 5, like we were, you can try a few extra ones out to get the combination you like most. We were allowed to have 7 jet packs to try out, and return the 2 that did not make the cut. In fact you can have multiple seats with the same jet pack if you find one that you really like a lot. Also, if you choose the ones you want, but at some point realize you may have made the wrong choice, they will allow you to exchange a couple for something else. So if you are looking for powerful therapeutic jets, or soft massaging jets, or something for one part of your body vs another, they have the combination you need. If you are looking for very powerful jets to pummel you, they do in fact have them available! However, sometimes you need to just relax and have soft, rolling massage action, and they have that as well.

Overall, the product is amazing, and the buying experience was better than we ever could have expected. It's the best purchase we've made in quite a while. We use the spa almost every day and love...

Let me start by saying Jeff (store manager) of the Scottsdale location is a perfect representation of what you would want to find when dealing with any purchase you are making.

My adventure with Bullfrog has been a long one. After doing research, reviews and comparing features, my wife and I decided on a Bullfrog Spa. Long story short, we are very happy with our decision. I was unlucky and had a couple tubs that had manufacturer defects (in short, the heat of Arizona was too much for the molding of the tub). Bullfrog was working on ironing out this issue within their manufacturing and it was not a short term process. The store I purchased the tub from was a local pool store (in Tucson as I live in Tucson) and was basically no help in getting the issues solved. The owner of the store even "got involved" and refused to communicate, take a return or even be civil in talking to my wife and myself. The owner even felt it wasn't "his problem" since he didn't manufacturer the spa (though he figured out it was as he was the person who sold it to me).

With no communication from anyone for a few months I was left with nothing but questions. Knowing there were factory stores in Phoenix, I reached out (randomly chose one store on Google) to try to get some help. Jeff (store manager) answered my call and was simply fantastic and overall Bullfrog, while they may lack a little in communication, firmly stands by their product and their warranty. They have made things right for us and I strongly suggest purchasing Bullfrog Spas for anyone looking at getting one. Jeff was just the "random" person who answered my call and had not been involved until he did so. Once I spoke to him, everything came together within a couple weeks and there was communication from multiple people at Bullfrog giving me the updates I had only dreamed about for so long.

The biggest suggestion I have is to learn from my mistakes. Don't go to a different store to purchase Bullfrog. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a Bullfrog factory store (personally I would recommend the Scottsdale location so you can work with Jeff and his staff). Dealing with them directly like that will ensure you have communication and a smooth experience, even if a random issue comes up. Don't worry if you are in Tucson either, they are opening Bullfrog factory stores for us...

Before moving to AZ, we owned a Sundance Spa and 2 Dimension One Spas. All were very nice. Once settled in our AZ home, we began researching spas and found very few changes or innovations with Dimension One or any of the other spa brands we were familiar with. In our search for a spa, we discovered a new brand (to us anyway) called Bull Frog. Talk about innovations. Starting with their smart plumbing design and innovative jetpack system. We couldn’t get over the fact you could move the jetpacks from seat to seat depending on your preference. My petite wife can now enjoy any jet arrangement by moving the jetpack to a shallower seat so she can fully enjoy the benefits of the jets and doesn’t float away. The jets also worked much better than our previous spas. One unique feature Bull Frog offers is a variety of jetpack design options so you can really customize your spa. No more one size fits all. As much as we liked Dimension One spas, we won’t be going back after using Bull Frog spa! The sales person, Pam, was very knowledgeable about not only Bull Frog, but all the other higher end spas. She was able to give us lots of great information on Bull Frog as well as honest comparisons with other spas! She spent a long time talking with us, helping us learn what sets Bull Frog apart from the competition and kept us laughing along with way. Not once did we feel any pressure to buy. The spa delivery people were much more professional and friendlier than what we have experienced in the past. You could tell they take pride in what they do.
