Nordstrom Rack — Attraction in Scottsdale

BEWARE OF THE VISA PROMO SCAM! They are asking you to sign up for a new promotional VISA card by promising you that you will get $40 in shopping bucks. That part is true but at what cost to your credit. What they don't tell you, is that they close your existing account which damages your credit. For me, they opened the new account and then closed my old one with a balance. They were supposed to transfer the balance and leave the old account open so that it won't effect my credit. I have called over 30 times now to resolve this. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. They practically run that department with a skeleton crew. Every time I called I was on hold at least 30 minutes. This is a terrible company. I personally will not ever shop here again. NORDSTROMS DAMAGES CREDIT and they don't care!!! BEWARE DO NOT OPEN CREDIT WITH NORDSTROMS.

Nordstroms has reached out to me and I will be emailing them today. Let's see what they can do and I will update my review......

UPDATE: Nordstroms is very sorry that they have ruined my credit. There is nothing they can do. They apologize for closing my account with a balance. But there is nothing they can do to re-open the account either. The only thing they offered was to do a rapid report and show that the account was closed with no balance. I'm not sure if this is going to help or hurt my credit further.

ADDiTIONALLY, when they first called they said they would back date everything and close the PROMO VISA and I said "wouldn't that show as another closed account" and "wouldn't that hurt my credit even further" and they said yes it will. So once again I have received the worst advice and customer service from Nordstroms!!! I STAND BY MY FIRST REVIEW AND SAY BEWARE OF THE VISA PROMOTION AND BEWARE OF THE DAMAGE NORDSTROMS IS DOING TO YOUR CREDIT.

Unfortunately, I have another update. I sent in my payment and they applied it to the closed account!! I then received a call that my payment was late on the open account. After an hour on the phone they transferred my payment to the correct...

Nordstrom Rack is an absolute treasure trove for those in search of designer clothing at discounted prices. The store has a great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories from a variety of popular brands.

The first thing that struck me upon entering Nordstrom Rack was the friendly and helpful staff. Every employee I interacted with was eager to assist me and answer any questions I had. Whether I was looking for a specific item or just browsing, the staff were always there to offer suggestions and help me find what I was looking for.

In terms of selection, Nordstrom Rack definitely did not disappoint. The store had a wide range of designer clothes to choose from, including everything from casual t-shirts and jeans to formal dresses and suits. I was particularly impressed by the selection of shoes, which included a variety of styles from both high-end and more affordable brands.

One thing that really stood out to me about Nordstrom Rack was the organization of the store. Everything was neatly displayed and easy to find, which made it much easier to shop. There were also plenty of fitting rooms available, which made it convenient to try on clothes before making a purchase.

I went into the store after a very long day of work, also feeling under the weather and on top of it I really don't like shopping. I was shopping for my boyfriends birthday and all i wanted was a box for the shoes i was buying! The three she sales people were soooo rude their answer to me was just plain and simple no they couldnt get me a box, yet i saw tons of shes with boxes and i could see in the back that they had boxes!!! I said its for a gift and i drove very far to buy my boyfriend these shoes and i needed a box to wrap them in anyway i asked for a manager and her response was NO she was condisending and very rude wouldnt even look for one! i was shocked at how bad the customer service was and how rude the manager on duty was...i still relutantly needed to buy the shoes still...the only reason im giving 3 stars is because of my amazing check out women named Cecelia! She is a 10 star person and i know cause ive worked in customer service, i knew she was trying to leave and yet she insisted she go look for a box for my in the back of the store shipping box or anything she went above and beyond even when her manager said "no" ! Cecelia made my evening , she didnt find a box for me but just her taking the time calmed me down and made me feel like my long drive out to the store was not a total lose because i met her! Thank you cecelia i hope you get moved to the managers position and the other girl get dempoted the manager who deserves zero stars, with dark brown hair, she was short and walked around like she was better than everyone so unwilling to help does not belong in customer service!
