I was in town for a two-day football camp and decided to treat my achy body to a massage before heading out of town. Having had Thai massages before, I knew what to expect—some walking on the back and legs, deep pressure, and stretches. But my experience here exceeded all expectations—A++++! My massage therapist was absolutely incredible. I even joked that I should call her "Doctor" because of her skill and attention to detail. My shoulders and upper body were particularly sore, and I also have foot pain on the ball of my foot (likely Morton’s neuroma or metatarsalgia). She started working on the ball of my foot but pressed a bit too hard at first, which made me say “ouch.” From there, she adjusted her technique and worked her magic. What impressed me most was how she combined deep and light pressure, constantly “listening” to my body to figure out what needed attention. She didn’t just focus on the painful spots—she worked through my hips, calves, thighs, ankles, and even the top of my foot. She stretched my legs in various positions to target different muscles and ligaments, each movement intentional and effective. It was like she was connecting the dots in my body to address the root of the problem. By the end of the session, she pressed on the ball of my foot with the same pressure that had initially hurt—and this time, no “ouch!” My entire body felt incredible, and I left feeling refreshed and pain-free. Thank you for such an amazing experience! I might just have to fly back to Scottsdale to visit again....
Read moreMy husband has visited the facility a couple of times. He uses a walker and the facility is fully aware of his medical condition as we have filled in the medical form during every visit. Today, after filling in the customer form as usual, we went into the massage room. We asked the massage therapist if she could please put on gloves to massage my husband, as everyone had worn gloves during previous visits. She responded by turning around with a scornful look and shouting at me that a guy like him shouldn't be in her facility. I was shocked and asked her again, to which she repeated that my husband shouldn't be there. When I asked her multiple times to wear gloves, she ignored and refused. After the massage, I confronted her about not wearing gloves, but she walked away and ignored us. Then, I spoke to the owner. The owner told us that for safety purposes, my husband should only stay at home because germs and bacteria are everywhere.
My husband was really hurt by her words and the way she treated him. I'm confused as to why she initially accepted him as customer and took his money and then later discriminated against him.
We already filled a complaint to Scottsdale city and Police department. Discrimination is illegal and no one derseved to...
Read moreI have always liked this place and have recommended it to people. However now I will be screaming from the rooftops that it has literally changed my life. I have been dealing with incredible back pain that has been debilitating. I have gone to physical therapy chiropractor and seeing a doctor. A couple days ago I went in and needed a massage and I told the lady about my back pain. I wanted her to be very careful because I was going to be receiving an MRI on Monday and then scheduled for a pain shot in my back on Wednesday and I did not want to make it worse. The lady that did my back was so careful with my back but she still did her thing and let me tell you I can bend over, I can do everything pretty much normal and on a scale of 1 to 10 where I used to be about an eight I'm down to about a three in pain. I know that's not for everybody but in my situation can I just say that I love these guys and I already have scheduled another appointment with them. I would definitely recommend this to anybody for relaxing massage or for therapeutic massage...
