We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Boccardo's and especially Alex. A truly special family-owned jewelry store. My husband had been searching for the perfect watch for months, and after several visits, and an incredible amount of patience, Alex helped him find exactly what he was looking for.

Each time we stopped by, they greeted us like old friends—patient, never pushy, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk him through different styles, movements, and brands without ever rushing the process. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping him find the right piece, not just making a sale.

When he finally found the one, it felt like a shared celebration. The quality of service and care we received reminded us why supporting small, family-run businesses is so important. There’s a personal touch here that you just don’t find in larger stores.

We’re so grateful for their guidance and hospitality, and we’ll absolutely be returning for future jewelry needs....

So my husband and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. As a gift, my husband decided to upgrade my 💍. A friend of ours recommended Boccardo Jewelers. We are so thankful we went there. I was not sure what type of shape/style I was interested in. And notoriously, I am indecisive! Alex Boccardo (the owner) was so helpful and beyond patient with us. Alex took his time and went through each and every option available. My goodness do they have such gorgeous options. He is super personable, made us feel comfortable and absolutely not an ounce of pressure. Today I picked up my ring and it was the first time seeing it all together. Let me tell you.. I am completely blown away. Alex added a personal touch to what I already thought was going to be beautiful, but now it’s PERFECTION! I am glowing and I cannot stop staring at my finger. What an awesome expirance. Tuesday I dropped off a sigificantly damaged timepiece with very little hope for salvation. To explain the extent of damage I tripped while walking, fortuitously my watch was able to break my fall. This happened about 6 years ago. I was fully prepared to spend the rest of my life staring at the constant reminder to "watch" where I was walking. The watch continued to work but with battlescares that I never thought could be removed. By Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call telling me my watch was ready to be picked up.
