I have been in the court numerous times(not for my self ,but to help those in need ).their system is so corrupt ,they let unfit parents keep their kids . They dont care if your innocent and with proof . They want money . And the ones that are to blame for get a slap on the wrist . Scranton needs a better justice system. Better judges. I would recommend this building for deep thinking. It is very pretty and it is located downtown. Many events take place here such as food festivals that bring people together.
