Sky Garden Park Villas — Attraction in SeaTac

When i first moved in. The apartment had roaches. I told the manager and she said she would get it fixed. After about a week she indeed had someone come spray the apartment down. I also turned in my move in checklist and told her that I needed a pull string for my fan in the unit ( I never recieved it) over the course of the next six months the refrigerator quit working. I had to ask multiple times for a new one (I never received it!) The sink in the kitchen was always clogging up. The roaches multiplied and were crawling all over despite my cleaning efforts. I talked to some of the neighbors and they said that the roaches were basically being bombed back and forth between apartments. The end units had no power and were running extension cords out due to the continuous short circuiting.

The landlord or property manager was actually nice though. Just needed a fire lit under her ass to get anything done. The office was never open during regular business hours and then still had the nerve to charge a late fee. I didnt have hot water for about 3 months in my apartment and all they could seem to say is that they were working on it! Thank Goodness I work at a hotel. I been living in the property since 2016 , I think ileana is been one of the managers that is been longer time in charge of the property, She is the only manager that I can tell is always there, that is actually at the office, she is been working on improving the property to look nice and also to be safe , she put a lock code door at the laundry room because there were people form outside stealing other people's belongings, She open the pool after like 5 years that noone even care to try to fix it She even is at the office at the weekends and working after 5 sometimes until 8pm or longer, She is been doing general pest control to all the property , She is very kind and respectful with everyone , she is more than a manager for us she treat us with empathy and respect and always go above and beyond trying to get the problems fixed at...

I want to take the time out to post my experience at Sky Garden Park Villa. To start out its not one of your newer upscale apartments with gyms and reception areas but what sets this Apartment complex apart is the current manager, Ileana.The first day i did inquiries about this apartment was her first day starting with the company.From the first day she has been truly outstanding. She is very accommodating, responds in a timely manner to request or inquiries and takes the time out to ensure that living here is what it should be. I've seen vast improvements in the overall infrastructure namely Pool, corridors, grounds and office space, a complete transformation from the fist day I walked in.
