Traveling on Sunday 04/13 Bing the rude condescending supervisor, working in front desk. First person you see.I asked her that I wanted to speak to her supervisor she proudly said she was the supervisor. I asked for a manager she said she is the manager. I asked to speak to anyone higher than her, she threatened and said she can call the security if I wanted. Very rude and ruined our day. Even after asking her to stop she still continued to insult me "see you should listen to instruction. You don't listen" Is that what a supervisor should say to deescalate a problem after someone asked for a supervisor? Or was it a provocation? I am very offended but I chose to be quiet and just report her. Not supposed to be a problem, She asked for boarding pass my husband was excited to show his but she said she needed mine, I said be specific next time. I saw how embarrassed my husband got but instead of making feel better she just kept repeating I need your boarding pass and keep insulting us for not listening. Even after I asked her to stop she continued and when I asked to speak to someone higher she threatened me with calling the security. Tell me "see you don't listen" is it not insulting specially when she knew we were already perturbed. It's almost pushing me to get mad so she can have a reason to call the security. What is very disappointing is knowing SHE is the supervisor. I think power goes too much in her head thinking she is superior to everyone. Everyone that works in the club was pleasant and very helpful, nice and happy. She should not be working in this job with our training on how to handle irate customers let alone she is the on one deliberately irritate customers like us who just want to have a great time and travel with a smile. Thank you for the rest of the staff their service were exceptional but Bing needs to be trained how to deal with people instead of feeling smug behind the desk. It looked like the staff didn't like her either. She ruined our day for sure. What a shame. We travel all the time and we want to enjoy our day. Please do something about these kind of employees. Thank...

I’d give NEGATIVE stars if it allowed.

What was the point of getting the Priority Pass if the Lounges not only couldn’t provide us with comfort but also waste our time and ruin our mood?

My wife had gotten the Unlimited Priority Pass a few months ago and this would have been our first time to use it.

Our flight was delayed for more than 24 hours and we were exhausted with all the logistics that had to be adjusted. So we thought it would be a good idea to go to the Lounge to do some work and take some rest.

However, the staff here was very unprofessional, with one being aggressive.

First of all, each of them gave us different information in terms of when we could go in, how long we could stay, and shuffled us around between different lounge locations.

We called the Priority Pass customer service and they said the Lounge staff should be understanding of our situation and let us stay.

The Priority Pass customer service was willing to talk with the Lounge staff but the Lounge staff wouldn’t take the phone.

What was more ridiculous was, when we asked to speak with the Manager, the woman at the front desk said she was the Manager herself. Of course, in reality, she was not. After claiming to be the Manager, the actual Manager came out and confirmed that the woman was not actually the Manager.

The whole time, her tone was aggressive and condescending, showing no sign of patience or understanding.

We couldn’t fathom how someone like this could become the FACE of a place supposed to provide comfort to passengers.

In the end, after having wasted more than an hour with them, we took the train and walked for another 20 minutes, to the other lounge located in terminal S.

The general manager was there and was understanding of our situation, and let us into the Lounge.

In fact, we had food vouchers but we thought it would be cool to have the Lounge experience and the Lounge could give us some extra comfort and space to work. But the reality was more than discomfort and a ruined mood.

Totally not...

If you're expecting the Centurion lounge, yes you'll be disappointed. If you want a place to chill, get a few drinks and have some snacks, your expectations will be met. Got in with priority pass no problem. Staff were pleasant and busy bustling around. I arrived about 10:15 in the morning, and most all of the breakfast food had gone. There was still cereal, bagels and cinnamon raisin bread with butter jam and cream cheese spread available, some small fruit plates and mango smoothies, but the cheese omelettes had all been taken. There were some little things, like the spreads weren't labeled even though they have a little place for it, and you'll be using paper plates and plastic utensils. But again, this isn't a crown jewel of a lounge.

They started taking away the breakfast items, and then put out the lunch offerings. There was a salad bar, some meatballs with rolls, a lobster bisque, mac salad. I was happy, I got snacks, and had a few glasses of sparkling wine.

The staff was pretty frequently moving around and cleaning up all of the leftover plates and cups. On top of the side table there is a little black circular thing you can pull up to reveal power outlets. I don't think many people realize that those were in here, because they were using outlets behind chairs on the wall.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the other bad reviews of this place, it's not selling itself as an oasis in an airport, it's just a spot to get away from the crowds and get some snacks and drinks. There was also a bathroom within the lounge which was nice, it was nothing special but...

If you get in for free don't complain. Sure it's not the biggest and best available but the staff is awesome and free food and drink. The brownies are the best.

The Club SEA is one of two located near Concourse A and South at SeaTac and I gotta give it my thumbs up for being a pretty good space to relax and have a bite or drink before your flight. This review covers The Club SEA at Concourse A, arguably the larger of the two. It's one of two Priority Pass lounges which means it can get crowded during peak travel times, but it's definitely one of the nicer ones I've been to compared to other more accessible lounges in the PP network here in the States. There is a decent amount of seating with comfortable chairs and movable small tables for food or to work from. With little to no outlets, it's not the most conducive space for working. Space wise, it'll feel cramped when it's busy, so if you don't care about food then I'd recommend skipping this lounge. I did enjoy the food offerings overall. Breakfast starts at 5 and switches over to their all-day menu at 11. They lay out all their food options buffet style so there is no ordering needed. The selection is decent for breakfast and much better after lunch. There is at least one selection for plant-based eaters like myself but I wish they had more vegan friendly sweets for my cravings. Oh well, not a huge loss as I can also enjoy a cocktail right at the bar. Service here is friendly and they do their best to keep the space clean and comfortable. Definitely a good spot for a PP lounge so use it if you have access and time.
