Beautiful church in the city! Came here for a choir performance by my kid's team on a Sunday evening. Such beautiful interiors. Just wish parking was better/ accessible, we parked at a paid parking lot close by.

First Sunday of the month, Jazz Vespers concerts from 6-8 pm are free to the public, and showcase talented jazz artists from the Seattle area. Oct-May or June.

This church is genuinely open and welcoming of LGBTQ+ people. It is one of, if not the most, diverse and affirming congregations in the state. I am not a member of any church but have had the opportunity to visit First Baptist a few times, and each time I left feeling like they really understand the "love thy neighbor" bit better than any other church I've been in.

SFBC is a member of the Council of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists. Everyone is welcome here. From the inclusive training to the inclusive small groups to the inclusive music and inclusive sermons. SFBC removed patriarchy from Christian texts, seeks to remove antisemitism and instead leaders use nonbinary references to God. I love it and am so grateful to have found a place that embraces my values!! Please come see for yourself. All are...

I love going here.

There is a Sunday mass at 11 am. It is about an hour. This is the nicest and most accepting church I have ever been a part of. Even though the church is a baptist church, they are accepting of all religions. They invite people of all faith to participate. The members are nice and kind. I have been going here regularly for quite some time, and I always look forward to it...
