The Northgate Executive Center provides solid service and amenities in the commercial real estate market outside Seattle’s downtown core. Not the cheapest option in Northgate, its proximity to the light rail is a material benefit. Lunching options in nearby Thornton Place are reliable, fast, and tasty. Plan on doing some tenant improvements as the buildings are dated, but if transportation accessibility is important for your office needs, this is a good location.
