We had some replacement work done on my wedding set a few months back due to losing my stone so we bought a used set for the stone and had the stone switched and the jeweler recommended this place to sell the extra gold rings we wouldn't be using. We just happened to stop in today. And we had been moving furniture all day, so we were a bit tired and apparently not dressed up for social calls and must have showed by the way we were greeted when we walked in the door. This cute little store lost it's appeal right away by the harshness of the lady's rude tone of saying (instead of greeting us) About my small service šā𦺠dog, "in here you have to pick your dog up" No welcome folks! After i picked her up, she said what can i do for you? And we told her what had brought us in. She said to dump our rings out on her tray...she took them away but when she came back we were very shocked to hear her say that only one of the rings was a 14k and the others were 10k even though one was even marked as a 14k she is STILL saying that it is not BUT the BIG thing is she said the weight on them was total about over half an ounce a low-ball amount š„ŗ Now it may be my redneck appearance but i didn't just step off the turnip truck.. i wanted to go back inside and POLITELY ask this uppity saleswoman why she would offer us such a low amount when the selling value right now is over $2,700 an ounce š³because we researched the value before going in... But my husband keeps me from doing things like that...he is my superman...he's the one who bought the ring all of them! Good thing he works up a mountain š lol The executive chef of a mountain šļø š Some people need to learn that just because someone else LOOKS a little rough one day for whatever reason doesn't mean you should look down your nose at them and short change them (literally) It'll all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFANTASTIC customer service! I've had several stellar experiences here. Went in to get a few things done. Biggest pain, was getting a ring sized. As it fit perfectly... most days (not when bloated) so I reluctantly went up a half size. Well, when I picked up the item I expressed concerns with how it now fit. Lynnette assured me that I could come back in, and speak to the jeweler. Great thing I did! Steve was knowledgeable, warm spirited and kind. I chose to hold off, with changing it again. As I need to get another one out of storage, and make a decision. Either way, they both were so patient and assured me that I can come back in, with both rings. And if I decide, they will switch the other one back! I was worried. Had some anxiety over the whole thing. Not sure why, because just as Lynette mentioned, they're gonna take care of it. When the time is right.
This little mom and pop shop is the place for your treasures. You can trust these folks. Little second family these people have. Felt great, all the way around. As I even got unexpected, genuine kindness from Steve, as I expressed my mother's recent passing (was her ring)
Thank you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe man working there is either a LIAR or has ALZHEIMERāS! I took my ring in to be resized. When I dropped off the ring the man told me the price for it to be resized and the time it would be finished. When I went to pick up my ring I was given a different higher price to pay. When I told him that he had previously gave me a different price he argued first that he would never give a price to begin with because the jeweler was not there at the time, then he said he wrote down on his records that he told me said price, which I could see he did not and that he was lying then he was saying he would never quote less than said amount. He called me a liar and I would not suggest this place to anyone. Very bad customer service. I donāt care about the difference in price as much as it bothered me how he lied and then tried to turn around and call me a liar. You canāt do...
