Please don’t stay here unless you don’t plan to sleep at all. This hotel is new and looks very nice. Unfortunately, the builders/designers/owners (blame who you want) included NO insulation in the walls. You are basically rooming with everyone in the hotel. Also, they put “quiet” hours in the elevator, which is laughable. People are loud and stomp around regardless of the paper posted in the elevator. Public restroom stalls have more insulation than this place. Now, let’s talk about the windows, which much be the cheapest available because again, you might as well be staying on the road. I can hear every car that passes on the road. If you are going to build a new hotel you should build it well. This is not built well.

I would like to take a minute to talk about the people working here. I checked in and asked if our room was near the elevator. The front desk guy looked me in the eye and said, “No, it is down the hall a ways.” Yeah, that was a LIE. We are the closest room on the left to the elevator.

Finally, their Wi-Fi is completely useless. If you have work or a meeting or just need to connect your phone it isn’t going to cut it. It is the slowest most useless Wi-Fi I have ever used in a hotel.

I have been traveling all over the state with my family. All I expected from this hotel was a good night’s sleep and some sanitary conditions. The place is very clean, but there was no sleep. If you have to stay here for some reason, request the third floor, facing the parking lot, last room at the end of the hall. If you are in Seward and don’t have to stay here I would HIGHLY recommend an AirBNB or a traditional Bed & Breakfast or a cabin because the hotels in this town have always been lacking and apparently this one isn’t trying to rise above.
