I DO NOT normally write reviews but after the HORRIBLE experience I had with Sarah I felt like I had to stop my work and let the public know how this company handles its customers. Apparently, "Sarah" is the owner and does not care if I leave this review and has absolutely no common decency that you would expect from the company owner. She was very rude and disrespectful as well as hung up on me 2 times while trying to process the payment. Immature and shocking behavior. Additionally the entire service has been a disaster with little to no communication. I hire Greers to fix the broken washer upstairs and fridge ice maker downstairs. I did buy the entire home appliance package from greers as well through my builder. I would assume that would give us better service but I was wrong. It took weeks for them to even get out for the initial appointment after canceling on us a couple times. We where patient and waited with no stress. The tech shows up to service but had to order parts and shared absolutely no information as to how much it will cost. I told my wife "we are just lucky to get them to fix it" So they get the part in a couple weeks after service visit and finally "Squeeze" us in randomly whenever works for them because they had no available times to help us. We agreed. When the guy did finally show up it was without a call ahead to my wife and he did not invoice us when the work was completed. After fixing the units they left with ZERO discussion of cost with my wife or myself in addition to no invoice provided or card accepted at my house. Fast forward to today I get a call from Sarah acting irate saying she hasn't been able to get ahold of me and being very rude. I have been traveling for work and understand timeliness on invoices and payment but man is this company a mess! I recommended they bill customers when the work is completed onsite that day vs weeks later but Sarah did not want to hear it and hung up again. I was shocked and just wanted to share this with the community. Very sad to think in a small town this is how we were treated. I hope they read my comment and care about other customers more...
Read moreI recently purchased my third appliance from Greer's, this time the KitchenAid 30" Stainless Steel Downdraft Slide In Dual Fuel Range. I can't say enough positive things about the experience I have had with Greer's. Ashley in Sales was terrific. Through several conversations, emails and pictures I sent her of my space she was able to confirm which downdraft range would work for my condo in Settlers Creek. For the install, Charlie and Ramon were exceptionally good. They took great care to protect my new flooring with the removal of the old range and installation of the new one. The alignment of the existing duct work and the downdraft motor and venting on the new unit did not align cleanly. Charlie and Ramon persisted and together we came up with some minor modifications to the existing duct work location to make it all work. Their service and commitment to exceeding expectations exemplifies why Greer's is the only place I would buy an appliance in Summit County. As for the Kitchen Aid range and downdraft, they work incredibly well. I would highly recommend Greer's Appliance and this particular dual fuel range for anyone needing a downdraft...

Ashley was a huge help picking out our Cafe appliances and steered us toward some choices I think will be perfect for us.
A huge win was that Greer's helped us find a chimeny style vent hood with a rotatable blower. I scoured the internet for hours looking for options and came up empty handed, they found us a model we loved in just a few minutes.
Finally, the delivery service was outstanding. Our kitchen/living is upstairs, without any super easy access. Plus, we just had new carpet and floors installed, and were hoping to avoid marking it up. Jack and his coworker went above and beyond, transporting the appliances (especially fridge and range) over our gravel walkway, up some steep, narrow deck stairs, and right into our kitchen. Super friendly as well.
