I advise to take your commercial print jobs elsewhere. It seems like this store is unable to manage larger (500+) printing jobs. I used Staples for three printing jobs of 500+ pages each on three separate occasions. The first job was a mess because their online system cannot take more than 100 pages before it bogs down. I had to go in-store to hand the files in on a USB drive. The Staples store does not honor their online prices so I had to pay more than I was expecting. The first two jobs were incomplete and I had to return to the store to sort it out. The third printing job I gave them was 2,154 black and white pages. Since I could not go myself to pick up the product, my Project Manager (PM) picked up the order. They handed him one box with approximately 350 color prints and sent him on his way. We did not realize the order was incomplete until I came back from vacation. I returned the box so they could finish the job. The manager Toni called me later and refused to complete the job or offer a refund of the $212 paid. Toni insisted that they handed us the complete order and that I would have to return the 2,154 pages to get a refund. I insisted that she review security footage to see if my PM walked out with one box or four (approximately how many boxes it would take to carry 2,154 sheets of paper) but she refused to even do that. We have resorted to contesting the charges with Visa. My company has now prohibited any of its employees to use Staples services or stores for any reason because we got ripped of for $212. I grabbed a business card to send a document to be printed and waited, and waited until she finally after 2 minutes got off the computer and said " "do you need something?" I said "yes, I need something to be printed" than when I tried to pay I inserted my cc and told her it was credit what should I press? She said "I don't know" so I tried to figure it out but ended up cancelling the payment. She again made a rude comment saying I had cancel the payment & had to start all over again. So I inserted the card and I asked what should I press she said again she didn't know so I ask her to call a manager. I went to pick them both up after 3 pm and they weren’t done and was told I only paid extra to have the first one done and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order until the following day. So I put in orders before noon and they weren’t able to print off 20 copies of what I needed within a day? Any other printing place I’ve used is able to fulfill a larger order within an hour, so this just seems a bit ridiculous.
