This is a VERY small but clean beach because of the private beach property on either side. We stopped here just to get a quick look at the water. We weren't even there to stay more than 5 minutes. Despite that, don't think you can get away with parking and spending 5 minutes on the beach without paying the parking fee. I tried to but my wife insisted we wouldn't be there long enough and they probably don't even check. Five minutes later parking enforcement was eyeballing the car. I noticed and ran up in time to get in and they didn't ticket us. We then went down to North Beach and paid to park much longer and I'm glad we did, because they were ticketing plenty of vehicles.
