UPDATE 8/10/22: The owner who graciously replied does not understand how to run his/her business. They obviously did not read my review thoroughly. We were in queue to complain about our food when the replacement pizza came. But the whole point of my review is simple. The pizza that is pictured SHOULD NOT HAVE COME TO MY TABLE PERIOD. YOU DO NOT SERVE BURNT & UNACCEPTABLE PIZZA TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS! AND THE OWNER/COOK KNEW IT AND STILL SERVED IT. Get over yourselves and if you can't get a simple pizza order correct and served properly, you shouldn't be in the business. M'kay?? ORIGINAL: Our experience was less than satisfactory... we had to seat ourselves and waited 10 minutes before finding out we had to order at the register. The guy at the register was showing signs of frustration and anger. He reluctantly took our order. We had to wait another 5 minutes for beverages. Another 20-25 minutes pass before we were served a wrong sized and burnt pizza (see picture) ... other customers came and went and a few asked for money back. My husband and I were about to do the same when someone from the kitchen came with a new pizza in the correct size. We reluctantly stayed and ate. Pizza was very cracker like and sauce lacked flavor. You could tell they rushed it and the appearance and taste showed. I don't think we'll come back anytime soon. They need to get a better system in place for ordering,...

I'd love to comment on their food, but they wouldn't wait on us. We came Hungry and left Hungry. We got there, and one of the cooks was just hanging off the steps in front (this should have been a clue) We asked the cashier if you put your orders in at the counter, or waitress comes, and she sent us to sit down. No one was waiting tables. Another couple and their daughter came in, same, went up to the cashier, was sent to sit. This time the cashier came and took both of our orders. Guess we made a mistake and ordered pasta instead of pizza. The couple got their order, brought out by a different girl, still no food for us. Another group of people came and sat, and the girl came and took their order. No one came to our table. Another family came in and they made a big effort to put lots of tables together for them, and sat them. When the couple that followed us was almost done eating, and the staff were giving the table that followed them breadsticks to tide them over, I asked if our food was almost done. They hadn't started it. The place was dirty, should have left right when we saw this, but we were tired and had a long drive home. Possibly a race issue? Everyone who got food was Caucasian. I have had bad service, but this takes bad up a notch. Avoid the place...

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!

I'm not here to rate the food...because I never got any! My mother and I went there to get some pizza, waited for 2 hours, then were forced to leave! We ordered our food and they told us it would take about 30 minutes (which isn't that bad). 30 minutes passes by and we find out that our order slip was put in the wrong pile, and has stayed there while everyone after us has had there's worked on. This wasn't so bad, everyone makes mistakes and I would perfectly be okay with waiting just a little longer for our pizza. What they neglected to do though, was move our order from the pile, into the line of food being made. After about another hour and a half passing, my mother and I on the verge of insanity, and a hallway full of about 20 crowded people all trying to get pizzas at once...We decided to try to talk to someone of importance. We started talking to one of the chef's who just seemed to neglect us, I made a sarcastic side comment that he overheard, he insulted me and one thing lead to another...He gave us our money back and rudely forced us out of his "fine establishment"... Wasn't an overall good experience.

Went back 2 years later. They really turned themselves around,...
