We planned a trip to South Haven for my mother-in-laws birthday and needed a local bakery to make a cake to help us celebrate. The website and Google info is out of date, they are no longer in Douglas, barely in Sagatuck, but it looks like the primary location is now in South Haven. We were able to find the cookies in the Butler Pantry in Sagatuck and picked up a half dozen cookies. My favorite was The Butler Pantry cookie with the chocolate chunk a close second. The sugar sugar cookie was very sugary, but not a traditional sugar cookie and the Turbinado sugar can get a slightly weird taste when in large quantities. Doug at the Cookies on Call location at The Butler Pantry was fabulously knowledgeable about the products, and our family looked forward to seeing him each afternoon for our daily treats (and afternoon coffee - try the French Silk!).
