Won't honor gift cards my daughter been trying to get her hair appointment done and just cause it's a gift card they keep pushing her appointment back. It's not right that someone has to wait like a month to get her hair done and then you want her to get it done by the worker you have that caught covid..Should be ashamed of yourself for trying to take advantage of your customers.. She had a appointment 2 weeks ago you pushed that back maybe because it was a gift card. So the 2 weeks came and the lady you booked her with had covid so you did not provide her with someone else. You stuck her with the same girl for when she gets back. So since you guys won't refund the gift card cause we all see clearly you didn't want to mess with it because you been spent that money so now my daughter is just a hassle you rather do someone that's gonna get you money that same day your not...

I called as soon as they opened at 9am to see if they could fit me in for a balayage and cut and was able to get a last minute slot at 12:30 pm. My hairstylist was Makayla and she was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly, she was kind and super patient and willing to show me examples knowing I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted aside from it being a balayage. She took the time to listen to what exactly I was looking for and even allowed me time to pull up pictures on my phone for ideas. My hair turned out perfect, she did such an amazing job and it wasn't expensive at all. I will definitely be going back. First off, Rose, is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve had deep tissue massages all over the country. Vegas, NYC, Philly, DC, Chicago, etc. I have paid a ton of money for these top notch “professionals” and Rose is better than all of them. My deep tissue massage was spectacular for the entire 60 mins! I wish I didn’t live 11 hours away, I would be there every month.

Megan did my facial and it was good. It was nice and relaxing. Usually I enjoy the facials more than the massages, but Rose changed that.

Lastly, Jackie did my pedicure. She was also amazing! It was one of the best pedi’s I’ve ever had as well!! See you...
