TREMBLE — Attraction in South Miami

I found Tremble and got hooked! Tremble is simply an immersive experience where Pilates is taken to the next level. Each of their instructors make the Tremble Experience unique, always going the extra mile. ALL of them are incredibly talented showing great passion for what they do and always checking on each of their students so they can achieve the best results. I’ve been lucky enough to Tremble with many of them. Olivia and Gaby go above and beyond. Their energies are contagious, they push everyone to be the best version of themselves, their routines make everything burn, there is never a dull moment in any of their classes. I love Tremble! Every class is challenging in the best way and I feel fantastic after. Every instructor is incredible and no two classes are the same. I started out following only one instructor but have since taken classes with many and you can tell how much they all enjoy teaching at Tremble. I appreciate that every instructor makes you feel welcome and accepted no matter what level you are. I will happily continue making Tremble part of my daily routine....

At age 25, I discovered pilates while living in Los Angeles, CA. I had issues with sciatica and severe atrophy in one knee at that time. Yet, I soldiered on challenging myself both physically, mentally and emotionally doing pilates. Fast forward to 2021, I am now 52 this month and I can truly say it has been one of the best commitments that I have ever made.
