Every time I come here their is an issue, did in store pick up (foolish me) got their 3 hours later, they canât find it, itâs locked, etc etc their was 3 woman hovering over the tablet like it was a witches cauldron. Most people with basic education and common sense at that point would just go and grab the 5 room sprays (thatâs all the order was for) but no instead the rude woman (Karen is her name) goes âoh it doesnât charge you till you pick it upââŠ. Karen you need to be re trained cause it does charge your card and place a hold on it. So they had to re ring the stuff and charge me another 25$ then said the original charge would âfall offâ in a few days after I corrected them and instructed them how their payment/refund process works. That woman karen is also very condescending and dismissive. We came in once with rewards and coupons (which you can use together once again retrain your staff) and 3 of them were sitting there contemplating if we can use them making us uncomfortable. I get so many coupons and so many points cause I shop there so often. I will not be returning here, by far the worst bath and body works Iâve ever been to.
UPDATE 12/11/22 the rude woman told us we could not come in for our IN STORE PICK UP (the reason you do it in the FIRST PLACE) because their was a line to get in the store.    Read moreLast night, I had a strange and unsettling experience with an employee at the store. She appeared to be an older, heavyset woman with dirty blonde hair styled in an updo.
The first encounter occurred when I walked in and began looking at items on the far-left side of the store. This woman approached with a customer and, without saying âexcuse meâ or acknowledging my presence, reached right in front of me. Later, when I wanted to check something else on that side, I said âexcuse me,â but she ignored me entirely and didnât move.
There were a couple more interactions where she walked directly in front of me, almost as if trying to provoke a problem. It felt deliberate and unprofessional. At one point, I made a comment to my friend about the odd behavior and kept walking. My friend glanced back and noticed the employee giving me a dirty look.
I was wearing a first responder shirt, so I canât help but wonder if her behavior was motivated by some kind of bias against first responders. Regardless of her intentions, her conduct was rude and uncalled for. This experience was off-putting enough that I donât plan on returning...
