ZERO STARS! THIS WASHINGTON COMCAST STORE IS THE WORST & THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY FIRE THE YOUNGER AFRICAN-AMERICAN GIRL THAT CALLS HERSELF “A GREETER”!! Lol “Greeter”..that’s so funny..What a joke!! Rudest girl ever! In fact, Numerous people in the store were talking about how disgustingly rude she always is . As soon as I got there, the first words out of her mouth were condescending and so rude so I said “Do you seriously speak to people like this” & she responded by telling me that she does all the time! I couldn’t ask her a question or get a phone number or anything at all! She pretended to “Go look up a number for me,” & Disappeared in the back for another 25 minutes then came back up front & completely ignored me on purpose. I asked her a simple question & told her that when I call the Comcast customer service number I am always told, after dealing with the insanely ridic automated b.s, they always tell me they have to transfer me to Xfinity mobile, so I asked her if there was a direct number. Her response was “Let me tell u a little secret, call & say “Mobile” right away.. there is a little secret for you“! WHAT?!!! Is this little girl for real?! Is this real life??! I 1111 her she should not be working with the public EVER! I said forget activating the 2 cell phones i have had now for over 2 wks & cannot get activated & all I wanted to do was buy two cell phone cases, but i Continued to stay in there for over an hour & She refused to ring me up! I ended up putting them on the counter and walking out again for the second time! Unless you have an entire day to waste, you are not getting anything accomplished at the store ever! Now I understand why no one is switching to Xfinity mobile.. bc customer customer service is...
Read moreI needed a new power supply cable for my wifi router. After a run around with being on hold for over 20 minutes the representative informed me that it was a problem to be handled in store, the next day I went in store to try and get a new wire on my lunch break and the greeter tells me that I can not get a new cable without replacing the entire system with a fee. After work I ran home to grab the entire router and quickly got back before the store closed. Thankfully there was a different and much more knowledgeable manager named Carol, greeting. She informed me that all I needed was the one cable which she went to the back and grabbed, handed it to me free of charge, she said that I could throw the old one away and needed nothing else. A huge thank you and shout out to Carol from the Washington store for being so friendly and very knowledgeable and making that experience by far the easiest I’ve had with Xfinity...
Read moreWorst company ever. I followed all of THEIR directions, and all that did was cause me stress and cost me more money. I'd like to know how i was able to set up service for my dad, they let my husband pick up the equipment and pick out the plan, but we can't verify that he isn't being overcharged for something they didn't do....now we aren't authorized? Technically my elderly father never even signed a contract with them. So how would THAT play out. They are shady--and try to sneak charges in, and i've yet to talk to anyone who gave a hoot--they know you have no other options so why even bother to try to care about their job. This is why they need to allow reasonable competition. Maybe I should get a job there so i can sit around and file my nails all day and said "i don't know" 100 times and get a paycheck. But I'm seriously going to look into legal avenues as I have caught them in numerous lies and false...
