I have been a loyal customer of Market Fresh since it opened in 2005, when no one was shopping there. I had a major incident with Danielle last year and nothing has been the same since. Futhermore, I also shopped at Market Square today on 14 miles and Southfield Road , and was treated like garbage by the owner's son, Laith, today after I compimented him on the excellent specilty foods at this location and he brough up an incident from 7-8 years ago. That was the last straw and I will never go back. I advise everyone in the Jewish Community to stop shopping here, they don't like us; they tolerate us for money and business.
It's a sad state of affairs when I pay the owner's son, Laith, a compliment and he brings up an issue that was due to his inept bookeeeping staff at both locations.
This is a sad ending with these 3 stores as my late parents were their best customers in the West Bloomfield store before they even had a free standing store in West Bloomfield. Well, when the treatment of a customer from an owner is rude and out of context , it is time to move on. I suggest Papa Joe's as a better alternative. Much better service, specilaty foods and real whitefish spread, and less agravation. I will never shop at any of Market Fresh or any Market Square again. Actully, for the prices Market Fresh and Market Square are charging with rude, crude, agressive treatment, from the ownners son, you would be better off going to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have just about had it with this place! I have literally been spending money at this store since 2006. I am starting to notice that they cater to people of a certain āprofileā. This is the second time that Iāve had to literally turn off my stove, put my coat and boots back on and drive BACK to the store because I got bad meat. Not to say that these things donāt happen here and there. But once I got to the meat counter, I stood there for at least 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged! Like not even an āIāll be right with youā. I ended up asking for the manager since clearly the meat boy was not interested in helping me. The manager comes back, and I explain to him what my issue was and requested a refund. He goes āwhatās wrong with it?ā As if I didnāt JUST say that the meat smelled awful. He then says āok come with me to the frontā. Never even gave an apology for the inconvenience. Then I get to the register and the female manager is no better. Very condescending and not present in the moment. And again, no apology. I refuse to continue to patronize a store who treats me as if my dollar is not valued. Therefore, they wonāt be getting another one out of me. Not sure why customer service is so nonexistent, but Iāll try my luck finding...

As a regular shopper at Market Fresh, I always appreciate the consistent quality and variety they offer. The rewards points system is a fantastic perk that makes my visits even more rewarding. I love how easy it is to find everything I need, whether it's from their full fresh deli, hot food selection, or the delicious bakery items.
I especially enjoy browsing the selection of Michigan-made products available along the checkout aisles. However, I do feel they could enhance the shopping experience by adding self-checkout options to make things a bit quicker.
During my most recent visit, I was looking to supplement my sides for our Monday meal. I grabbed their teriyaki salmon, which is always a hit! It paired perfectly with green beans, mac & cheese, and a mouthwatering dinner roll from Mookies Beans and Greens. Everything was absolutely delicious!
Overall, Market Fresh continues to be one of my go-to grocery store. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food and...
